The service was amazing - very friendly and very quick! The piece the artist created was perfect and my boyfriend loved it! It was the special, unique gift I was looking for and they didn’t disappoint! I will be ordering more from them!

The whole process was great. After purchase I was assigned a coordinator that kept me updated through the entire process. I was given the opportunity to approve the design and then was advised when it was ready to ship. The necklace itself is beautiful. It's nice and light and it fits around my neck great. Very happy with Charmly as a whole.

I loved the way that they asked for my opinion before making my necklace. They always kept me updated with what was going on with the process and were so helpful through they whole thing. The only thing that I would change is I wish the quality of the product was better.

Hi Elisa! The design was great-very creative. My complaint is that after wearing it for a few times the “gold” looks very discolored. Almost like a tarnished color.. But it feels like whatever metal(s) are used are very cheap quality. So unfortunately, I haven’t worn it again.

I ordered two necklaces one in gold and one in silver and they were so beautiful. They emailed me what they would look like first and I approved it. I live the communication and I love my necklaces.
