Working w Charmlry to create unique gifts for my family for our upcoming reunion was an amazing experience. Every step of the way I felt informed about what was happening w my project. If I had questions, they were answered respectfully and quickly although tbh most of the information was provided before I asked. I look forward to working with them again and highly recommend them! Thanks, Charmlry, for reaffirming my belief that wonderful customer service is out there!

The design step takes a little time so plan accordingly. You are given a design to approve prior to going into production and this step and customized production will add to your delivery time, but it is certainly worth it. I ordered a bracelet with 8 initials for my son, representing each of his kids, for Father’s Day. He loves it and said it is VERY WELL made. I recommend this company if you are looking for a unique gift that won’t disappoint!

Even with revisions my order was crafted perfectly and arrived in time for Father’s Day. My son-in-law wears his bracelet proudly with his family’s initials on it

The necklace turned out gorgeous and so unique. It was a perfect gift to give my daughter for her birthday with her children’s initials design into the charm.

The experience and product was exactly as described - very pleased with our bracelet!

I designed a bracelet for my husband and the entire process was straightforward, simple, and my husband loved the piece once he received it. The designers work with you and promptly incorporate your feedback if the design needs any tweaks. Customer service keeps you informed every step of the way. Great experience overall.
