Quality is spot on. I have 3 charmlry charms, 2 have very special meanings to me and 3rd is for 2 family members. Now all are close to my heart. People I know have asked me about them, and I have forwarded your company information. Both You and Amanda have taken care of me. Thank you for everything. Have wonderful holidays to come.

Hi Jim, Thank you for bringing this review to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our product. At Charmlry, we pride ourselves on using high-quality materials for our jewelry, and it is concerning to hear that a piece has not met those standards. It sounds like there may have been a defect with the chain, which is certainly not typical of our products. We want to ensure that you receive the assistance you need. We encourage you to reach out to us directly at [email protected], and we will be more than happy to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Best regards, The Charmlry Team

Love the creativity of the artists design- looks beautiful! The gold plating is a little more orange than actual gold..but I love that it represents my family.

I have been wanting a piece of jewelry with my kids initials and I absolutely loved the design idea of charmly. I am currently wearing my necklace while away from my kids on a trip & love that I’m reminded of them when I look at it! Their service is amazing! 10/10

I loved the charm design. The chain is quite delicate. Charm already broke off.

Charmlry makes it so easy to have a unique piece of jewelry created just for you! LOVE the fact that you choose from various items (necklaces, keychains, etc.) The ordering process is about as easy as it comes given the complexity of what their artists are creating. Tracking from ordering, to creation, to shipping is seamless. The actual product is simply stunning! If you're looking to treat yourself or someone else to a unique, special piece of personalized art, I highly recommend Charmlry.
