Wonderful gift for grandmother

The hand-crafted, personally designed touch is incredible! This company is amazing to work with. They keep you constantly updated through the entire process. I will absolutely have more items designed specifically for me.

Scam do not buy
Created two orders. Asked for one to be cancelled. They said they would but still continue to send me design revisions for it. The thing is if they don't tell you by email they've sent you a design revision you won't know (unlike me I log in every day to check) and then the design is auto approved after a certain number of days, which is what they're probably hoping for. I checked junk too, nothing. Charmlry don't reply to me asking me to check junk YOU ARE HOPING FOR AN AUTO APPROVAL WITHOUT ME KNOWING!!! On the 2nd order I did hope to keep, i asked for creative letters but they sent me the design with straight letters. Asked for a revision and it's never come through but they keep sending me revisions for the above cancelled order. Makes no sense. I would say this is a scam! I have had to go via my bank now to get my money back.

Beautiful
Beautiful, customized pieces. I was surprised at how quickly they were made and sent. I can't wait to see my daughters open them on Christmas! I would definitely order again!

Excellent Customer Service
While waiting for the design draft, I was able to add an additional charm to the necklace. It all worked as expected and I got a nice piece that I wear all the time and it is still in excellent shape 6mo later.
