Walked through the whole process. Explained everything. Wish it had made it in time for my girlfriends boudoir shoot, but there was additional delays getting it done. All in all good experience, just wish it was more in line with the time line in my case.

I ordered a family pendant with bracelet for my sister and me and the design was a perfect combination of our initials. I gave it as a gift to her for a specific music event that we shared with a cover a Beatles song, "Two of Us" with rewritten lyrics to reflect what the two of us mean to each other. The Charmlry gift for both of us, really, was icing on the cake and made our moments at the music festival special!
