I love Charitybuzz!
I have had incredibly cool experiences while supporting deserving charities as a result of Charitybuzz. I received a silver spoon from Miss Manners, got a gorgeous artwork for my office, and when I wanted to learn how to develop a television show I was able to have personal meetings with industry experts ranging from producers to network executives who gave me incredibly valuable advice (I now have a 6 episode docuseries being filmed in 2023). Without Charitybuzz, these things would never have happened. I am particularly grateful for the exceptional customer service provided by Charitybuzz's Redemption Specialists, especially Charlotte, who has gone above and beyond to schedule meetings and ensure I was completely satisfied. I love Charitybuzz!

Auction was filled with hidden fees and…
Auction was filled with hidden fees and when you call to ask they have no idea what to say. The girl told me she “thinks an email went out in June” but found not provide any email. Also Couldn’t explain why there was a $50 shipping fee for a meet and greet. I was forced to dispute it with Amex. Shady

This package includes a meet and greet, as well as items that will be shipped to you prior to the event. All of our lot pages have a "Shipping & Redemption" tab, which will detail the minimum processing and handling charge for any physical components included in the lot. Any lot featuring a physical component will also include the lot term "Additional shipping charges may apply based upon the location of the winner." which is typically applicable to larger items, or international shipments. I've asked our shipping team to reach out to confirm your shipping address so that our donor can ship your items, and someone on our customer concierge team will be connecting you with the event coordinator for this event shortly. If you have any other questions, our team will be able to assist you.

The buyer’s premium is new since I last…
The buyer’s premium is new since I last won an auction on this site. That should be clearly stated on the auction, which it is not. It was a surprise fee and kinda ruined the experience.

You could and should be much more…
You could and should be much more transparent about the 20% buyer's premium you are now adding to winning bids. You place it on page 2 where you then need to hit "read more" to see anything about it when it should be upfront. I never dealt with this after winning auctions in the past with you and this was not expected.

Regarding our Buyer's Premium, as of 2019, this is charged on all auction lots across the site as is standard across auctions worldwide. Customers received a notice advising of the change and our FAQs were updated to reflect the same, but of course we understand it may not have been obvious as you returned back to the site. Our buyer’s premium not only helps us maintain a competitive space in the industry, it allows us to continually improve the experience for our nonprofit partners and customers and, most importantly, maximize the money raised for charity. In an effort to be upfront and transparent about these charges, we list the Buyer's Premium as item number 1 on our Conditions of Sale tab that you mentioned here. Zoom with Jocko Sims
I just had my second Charitybuzz talk with Jocko Sims most recently from New Amsterdam. He is a great person and fun to talk to. I have really enjoyed my Charitybuzz Zoom sessions!

I have been a "frequent flyer" with…
I have been a "frequent flyer" with Charitybuzz and have appreciated their customer service. Have had situations when what I won was perfect to others where there were major issues (arrived in Nova Scotia to a home for a week that had no electricity or heat; a house rental in GA that had full-time residents so was no longer available although the date on the certificate was still valid). The staff at Charitybuzz have been amazing in responding to my questions and rectifying the situation.
