I purchased two Flash Pro Ultra's and one of those is dead within a day, just lying around. Contacted their support, and get 'our technical staff is reviewing your issue'-emails back. After a month, still no RMA nor replacement, nor money back.

ChargeASAP changed the shipping price from the original listing on my reward level. They did resolve the issue but their excuses and reasoning defied logic. They still have not shipped my product either. I have been happy with the idea of each of their products I have had problems with more than 1.

The service was prompt, although the compulsory change of the product chosen was not a pleasant surprise for me. In case I knew from the beginning that the product could not be shipped to Cyprus, I would not have ordered it.
