Took forever and a day to receive my used product - with no charge cable or house current adapter. The unit came in a small box that wasn't even large enough to hold the Chargeasap box, so the ends were pooched out. Opened the box to find a black mesh storage bag. Went to open the Flash box and see that the round stickers sealing the box had been cut, with smaller stickers laid over in a feeble attempt to "seal" the box. Opened that box to find a "User Manual", a small piece of paper folded over that has zero useful information on it, mostly specs, and another black mesh storage bag. That said, there really isn't much reason for a manual since this nothing more than a battery pack. It did, however, suggest using a 100w output charger to charge the unit which was at complete zero. Then it tells you to "use original or certified cables" that are not supplied. The only other item was a business type card with a code for 25% off on my next purchase (yeah, right), that itself had expired on 30 June 2021, nearly three years ago.

Great Hardware... Terrible customer support. I've used Chargeasap for 3+ years. Never had this much trouble before. Received a wrong type of cable on an order placed Nov. 30, 2023 and simply wanted to get the correct cable. Wrote the WRONGFULLY named "Customer Happiness Team" 7x and always receive an immediate an acknowledgment via email. Then in a few days, with absolutely no contact, receive a case closed email One time, I received a contact name and phone number .. When I dialed the number it was no longer in service. I own many of their products (chargers, cables and ends) and I have enjoyed their products.. BUT I will have to look for other options as their "Happiness Center" does NOT make me or anyone happy and it is definitely NOT worth the hassle. It's really sad, because 3 years ago they actually had a decent customer support.

Ordered back on the 10th of October 2023 and still have not received ,my product now 30th of January 2024. This company, in my opinion, is a Scam.

I purchased one of your chargers before Christmas. It arrived without an Australian adaptor I have been trying to get you to provide one for me but you have refused to provide one. Why?

Sucked! I back the project on Oct 2023 where it stated that it it on the shipping stage and the item should have been shipped out on Sept 2023, however, I haven't received anything now on Jan 2024.

Ordered a Zeus charger. First delivery came with months of delay and did not work! Got a replacement again with months of delay and it’s again not working (the EU plug adaptor is not working where as the other do). Do they test items before sending them out? Wonder how such a company can survive. They don’t follow European laws as to money back guarantee. 8 months after placing the initial order, I have a not working unit and one where the adaptor is not working. Asked for a free replacement and some compensation for the catastrophic customer service! Don’t buy anything there!!!

This travel charger is the first thing I pack for every trip. Blistering fast charging for my MacBook Pro, two iPhones, Android fixes and drones. I only need one plug advert in the world thanks to the multiple plug attachments. The only improvements I could suggest would be adding an international plug socket to it so I could plug in other chargers, if that could be done without making it bigger. Or making all of the adapters rotating like the US one for awkward wall sockets.

Rubbish products and terrible customer service. They promise so much and when things go wrong you will be left without support. I had to wait for over year for replacement of a faulty part. I fitted it and month later the entire unit blew up. They aren't replacing it. Don't buy anything from these people unless you like terrible communication, inferior products and flushing good money down the drain.
