It gets worse and worse. At long last they finally shipped my order. And just as we get to the final bit my courier is now saying I have to pay a further £55/$72 to have it sent to me because of a customs issue on their side. This wasn't told to me or made known to me in any way and frankly it's getting beyond ridiculous. Weeks of delay and now a cost nearly a quarter of the item just to actually have it? No warning or anything. What s joke. I feel like they're actively making fun of me or a cruel joke as it's issue after issue.

I got a text immediately after I had purchased my Hume 2.0 from Mandy. Mandy went through to make sure my address was correct and explain some of the nuance to the 2.0 that would be an improvement for me as someone who avidly uses biometrics and wearables to track my health exercise, eating, weight, sleep mood, etc. So I was very thrilled to have this exchange of Information that made me feel even better about my purchase. It was great to know Hume is interested in my use and how I applied the product to my life and that I was getting the outcomes that supported my Aging and lifespan goals. I get responses from many companies when I purchase things online, but I never have the level of informed exchange that I had with Mandy and I’m appreciative of that. Overall five out of five stars.

I love how the shade automatically adjusts to the lighting and the design is elegant. It goes with all outfits. The glasses are great! However, the shipping took way too long. I hope that Chamelo improves their shipping times as well as their customer service response times. Other than that, I really love the glasses!

Would give them no stars if that was an option. Ordered my sunnies in November of 2025. 8 months later and they are still saying "no stock". Its now taken over 2 months to process a refund! Absolutely disgusting. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO CHAMELO 21/10/26 Yes, upper management reached out with an apology. My issue remains unresolved. Still no refund.
