I started with two of these backless barstools and immediately ordered two more. Once I saw the quality and how perfect they were for our kitchen island I couldn’t order two more fast enough ! Excellent product !

So far in the process, I have had a couple of questions and they were answered promptly on a Sunday which put my mind at ease immensely. The questions related to my order and an error that I made during the order process. Chairus put my mind at ease by fixing my error and having my items shipped to the correct address. The shipping information has been sent and received a day after my purchase. Very impressive so far.

I was shipped a chair without bolts and hardware. Service said I'd have it replaced in 2 days. It's been 2 weeks. Now they say the parts (bolts for pete's sake) have to be manufactured! Your service dept is a joke. I have a lovely pile of legs and cushions on the floor and you have empty promises and my money.
Response from CHAIRUSDec 8, 2025
Hello Robert, We’re very sorry for the frustration this has caused and truly understand your disappointment. We’d like to clarify the situation and apologize for not setting expectations more clearly from the beginning. There may have been a misunderstanding regarding the timeline. Unfortunately, we don’t stock individual hardware parts in our U.S. warehouse. The replacement bolts must be shipped from our original factory, and they are sent by sea, which does take longer than standard shipping. We sincerely apologize that this wasn’t explained clearly at the start. Please rest assured that the replacement parts are on the way, and we are closely following up on your case. Thank you for your patience, and we truly regret the inconvenience this has caused you. Warmest regards, Chairus Team

The chairs were delivered smoothly, but didn’t work for what I wanted. The Chairus team was very helpful working with me and processing a 50% refund. I was very pleased with their customer service and support! This alone has led me to want to purchase and work with them again.

Hi there, We’re really sorry to hear that the chairs didn’t meet your expectations in comfort — we understand how disappointing that can be, especially after being excited about a purchase. Everyone’s comfort preference can be different, we’d be happy to review your case and see what possible solutions we can offer to help improve your experience. Thank you for sharing your feedback — we truly value it and take it seriously as we continue working to improve our products and service. Warmest regards, Chairus Team
