I ordered 2 sets of barstools and have only received 1 set, seller said they are sending another set cause they don’t see a tracking number but I still have nothing and company has stopped communicating with me

Items arrived so quickly. Which was good bc I shopped for so long and was excited to finally get new barstools. But they looked nothing like what I was expecting from the online images. After being reassured reading about hassle free returns I was thinking I could exchange, but that is in fact a lie. I’m now keeping these $600 barstools bc it’s going to cost me about half of that just to return them….
