I think you are customer friendly
I think you are customer friendly. You respond to customer's questions in a timely manner before and after purchases.Delivery had a little glitch ,the date having to change a few times which was not a problem but it was a split delivery where 2 like chairs came on separate dates .The first one was fine the second one the box was open and somewhat damaged, The contents were shrimp wrapped and protected so I didn't complain. You abided the promised discounts.My daughter was able to put the chairs together perfectly no problem.I love the look but I will definitely have to find some pillows for lumbar support.

My chair is missing parts the legs for…
My chair is missing parts the legs for the ottoman. My chair the back holes are drilled in the incorrect places so I am unable to assemble.

2 Teal Blue Velvet Chairs with Ottomans
The chairs were shipped promptly, and I liked how they kept me informed every step of the way. However, the chairs are not very comfortable. Also, I was hoping they were made a little bit better, but I guess you get what you pay for! Overall, a decent experience.

Saveperfect bench for my updated bedroom this quickly
Save this quickly, it was packaged well, easy to assemble, and looks perfect at the foot of my bed just how I hoped. It appears to be well built, sturdy, and it’s very pretty.
