I ordered the wrong item and…
I ordered the wrong item and immediately reached out via chat and email to exchange the chairs before they shipped. I was surprised when they responded even though it was 10:30 pm. I will absolutely order from them again!

Great chair
Great chair, but all the boxes arrived damaged, and one seat was cracked. I purchased additional insurance, so I hope the issue can be resolved. Will report back.
