I’ve ordered twice from this company and have been pleased with the quick shipping and quality of the chairs purchased. Assembly was pretty easy, there were clear instructions and all the tools were provided in the shipment. Worst customer service ever, they never returned phone calls or emails. When you call their number an answering recording keep telling that they are open from 9-5 eastern time.

One of my barstools was broken. Box was not damaged in any way however barstool was completely broken in half.
