The price was reasonable and the letter provided what I needed to keep my animal with me as I moved into an apartment complex with breed restrictions. Certapet has been very professional, efficient, and has surpassed my expectations. I am so happy my cat has an ESA certification now. I will be moving soon and the apartments do not allow pets.
