Do NOT waste your time here. The lack of communication and care is appalling to me. I work in psychiatry and can’t imagine treating my patients so poorly. It’s been 6 days since my appointment, where I told the provider I have had suicidal ideation, and still nothing has been done for me. Literally nothing. My new patient appointment lasted 9 minutes. The first minute or two was the provider telling me she was having computer issues and the rest was her just re-asking all of the questions on the intake forms. She mentioned once something about my son….I don’t have a son!?? Just goes to show how little she paid attention. This place is a joke.

This company has stolen 6 months worth of my hard earned money. They will not let you unsubscribe unless you email them. Then they will not email you and will continue to steal money from your account. I'm getting a lawyer involved. That's how bad this has gotten.. I have never had such a terrible experience. Outside of the money issue, they missed my first 2 appointments which is why I canceled to begin with. PLEASE do not give this company your information. They are not out to help you they just want your money.

Trying to cancel the subscription is a joke. I've done the cancelation steps twice and I'm still getting charged the fee for something that I cant even use!!!!

I’m honestly very disappointed with this service. I signed up online back in August starting with the free evaluation exam, then was prompted to schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist for an evaluation ($30) and also a therapy session ($30). I was unaware of this additional charge of $109 but let it go because I figured I must’ve missed something in the “fine print”. Anyways, I went through with the initial two sessions—that’s it. Decided it wasn’t for me, and asked my Cerebral Advisor (they appoint you on the app to help you with questions, etc) to help me cancel my membership. She sent me a link to an automated cancellation form, received the confirmation. Thought it was canceled! Nope. A month later, I receive a charge of $325. I emailed the company and asked to reverse the payment, they refused and said my subscription was still active. How? I have a confirmation from your form? I reply to the email asking AGAIN to confirm my cancellation, I receive not one but TWO confirmations that it is indeed cancelled. I haven’t checked back in three months because I’m not anal about looking at my transactions, and today I notice I have been repeatedly getting charged $85 for the last 3 months (after this $325) when I have been confirmed cancelled TWICE. Overall I paid for $60 worth of sessions in the very beginning, but have been charged a total of $749 because they refuse to cancel customers. How does that make sense? I have never been so infuriated with a company. This is bad business, and scamming.

If no stars was an option, that is what I'd give. I recieved no help, from the provider or the person handling the cancelation once I was told by the provider I wouldn't be able to recieve services by the company. They simply stopped replying to email after refusing to issue a refund for the month of services I paid for but I was not able to utilize. The provider openly stated at the end of our call that she did not complete several portions of the evaluation and that I could call a community health center instead. The agent for the cancelation stated that my "successful visit" with a provider was the reason I wouldn't be able to recieve a refund. Nothing about my visit was successful, nor was it complete per her own words. It's sickening to see yet another company care so much more about stealing money from the people who need help most rather than the person themselves. A month's payment might not seem like a lot to these people, but that's a weeks worth of food for me or a tank of gas I could be using for school or to travel the hours it'd take to see if there is anywhere else I can get services from in my situation. I really expected more respectable service from a "reputable" mental health service provider. Disgusting money grubbers with no consideration for those struggling.

ZERO STARS. SO AWFUL!!!! I’ve only seen my prescriber twice, but have had about a dozen issues. To begin with, my provider had no availability to schedule my second appointment for 6 weeks out so I had to see my general doc for a refill to bridge me two weeks!!! I would have cancelled then, but of course they had already taken my money for the next month…. The next month’s unimaginable issue, Cerebral LOST MY PRESCRIPTION, as it was initially sent to a pharmacy *from their list* that ISN’T ACTUALLY A PHARMACY. … They don’t even know what is and isn’t a pharmacy to send your life-saving prescriptions to… Then (DAYS LATER when they reply to urgent problems) cerebral transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy—All except one of my prescriptions that somehow was accidentally sent ???????? Where???????? We don’t know. Cerebral is still looking into their mistake. They offered me a 50% discount. Your job is to get me my pills! I need 100% refund because this job was not done! And still isn’t! Where are my meds Cerebral?!!!!! Why am I not on my meds, and for an entire week?!?! Meanwhile, I’m lucky I haven’t had a seizure. God awful. Long-term damage. Looking into a lawyer.

Genuinely think this is a scam. I was first scheduled with a provider not licensed in my state. Then had to wait a month to see one in my state but was charged a $29 subscription fee before even seeing that one. I had received zero medical care. Then I went through the website to see if my insurance could lower the cost and ended up signing up and being charged $56 for a second account identical to the first. I contacted support to get these both refunded since I still have not received a single minute of medical care and they told me I can only get 30% refunded? What the hell? I’ve now paid $85 for medical care I have never received? Still $60 if they give me this pathetic refund. Need to be seen for anxiety and this is making it ten times worse. If I could give -3 stars I would. edit: Stephanie (below) was helpful. Received a kind and detailed emailed and a full refund. Thanks Stephanie.

I would rate zero stars if I could. My prescribed medication is 3 weeks late. Last month (almost 2 months now) it cost $10, this month up until I was literally charged whenever I checked the status it told me the amount would be $10 and then I was charged $40. When I questioned the charge their only response was “we increased some medication prices, including yours”. That’s not acceptable, there was no notification or authorization. No time for me to check with my local pharmacy their price. So not only have I been without Medication for so long, they increased the price 300%. I replied that I wasn’t okay with this, I didn’t want the medication and did not authorize the charge and it’s now been 3 days, they’ve shipped the medication I don’t want, and have not responded at all to the issue of the unauthorized charge. They’re supposed to help me with anxiety and instead are making me spend days trying to get the money they stole from me back. With the weekend now here I assume it’ll be at least another 2 days with no resolve. I told them I wanted to cancel my account, Which they quickly did, and still nothing about the money they took from me.
