My girlfriend has been waiting over a week to have her prescription refilled. Supposedly they sent it but she never even sent a tracking number. She messaged them over and over and they wont respond. Screw this company that cares more about marketing than the human beings they’re supposed to be helping. Freaking monsters

Bait and Switch advertising and marketing. Very disappointing. After baiting you to choose your plan with flashy advertising get help and start therapy and medication today, they charge you for the service you have not yet received, take you through the intake info, and then the switch. No appointments available for a very long period of time but you still are charged.Very deceptive and taking advantage of people already in a vulnerable and fragile state of mind.

I'm am very low on funds recently and they have made it extremely difficult for me to cancel my account. I really don't appreciate their tactics. I have sent email after email only to get responses that, since I somehow was not following appropriate account cancellation protocols, my account was still going to be charged. Very upsetting and not ok, especially coming from a service that is supposed to help people.

I'm coming back to update my review again. As soon as I left this review, customer service reached out to me and was super nice. They gave me 50% off and asked me to consider changing my review, so I modified it because I was happy with their customer service. But this month I've had the same exact issues. They even sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy 40 minutes away from my house (second month they've done this) even though I've told them three times now that I moved and gave them the address of my new pharmacy. Their solution? I'd just have to call CVS myself to have them transfer my medicine. I kind of get the feeling that they don't care about you, they care about the negative reviews... which is really concerning from a service that prescribes people what is sometimes lifesaving medication. Really disappointed. I seriously want to love their service because it's such a great idea — but until they fix these issues I can't say I would recommend Cerebral to anyone. I don't usually leave reviews but I think it's really important to share that this has been my experience just in case others rely on their medication just as much as I do. __________ It sounds too good to be true because it is. Getting your medicine shipped out monthly so you don't have to go out of your way to stop at the pharmacy anymore? Great! I was so excited to sign up for Cerebral, and for the first two months was absolutely loving the service and convenience and recommending it to all of my friends. Then, suddenly, everything changed. I was setting up my meeting with a prescriber as usual, and she forgot to write me a new prescription for the medicine I've been on for over 10 years now. Time comes for them to send me my medicine and I notice it isn't even pending, meanwhile I'm on my last couple of pills. I contact them immediately and luckily they were eventually able to send it to my pharmacy after I went several days without this medicine that I need. Ever since then it's been the same every month, no one is refilling my prescription for me and I am not being sent my medicine. I have to let them know verbally every time I'm running low, and even when I let them know a week in advance that I was running low, they didn't ship my medicine out until I had run out. Then, next month, they just stopped shipping my medication all together without letting me know they'd no longer be automatically refilling my prescriptions. Apparently they can no longer ship to my state, but were just not going to tell me that until I ran out of pills. I don't know what happened, but if you rely on your medicine in order to function like I do — Cerebral may not be the choice for you as they are not reliable.

Edit: After posting this review, they reached out to me to try and give me a refund and asked if I could change my review give them a more favorable rating. No, not going to happen. You don’t ignore and dismiss the complaints of somebody suffering from a mental health issue and then only try to rectify the situation when they post a bad review. Shame on you. It took nearly a month to meet with a prescriber (time which I paid for, and no service was given). When I finally did, he seemed to have a very outdated understanding of ADHD. During our short half hour meeting he diminished and downplayed my concerns, talked over me, admonished me for my recreational use of marijuana, insulted and questioned the professional opinion of my therapist, questioned my motives, and ultimately prescribed two medications without conducting any formal assessment. I felt very uncomfortable about the entire ordeal. Plus, they advertise that they are able to help you get reimbursed through your insurance. I asked about this numerous times and never got a clear answer whether my medication would be covered. Ended up cancelling. Had a horrible reaction to the medications, so I’m seeking treatment with a psychiatrist who will get to know me and work with me... I’ll wait the 2 months for an appointment, I should have done that from the very beginning.

Scammed me out of about 2000 in 3 months. I did not get the service promised, they have offered me no money back and actually charged me an extra month after I had expressed wanting to cancel before I was charged again. They refuse to help or look at the facts that I did not use their service the last month, they just continue to scam and steal money. stay far away from this horrible, horrible company. I hope no one ever falls victim to these con artists again.

This company makes it clear they don’t care about their patients. They bounce you around between a “care team” and you hardly ever talk to the same person which leads to having to repeat yourself over and over. I had an appointment scheduled with my prescriber and I rearranged my schedule so I could make it. After waiting 45 minutes my prescriber still hadn’t shown up. When I reached out to the company I was told that my prescriber had marked that I had missed the appointment. (I have screenshots showing that I was there and my prescriber wasn’t) On Monday I requested a refill on my medication but was told that I can’t get a refill without meeting with my prescriber first. I repeated what had happened to two different people and was told the same thing. I pointed out that my prescriber doesn’t have any open appointments for 3 weeks and asked if they just expected me to go without my medication until then. It’s been 3 days and I haven’t gotten a response.

The only thing this place is good at, is charging you monthly. But when your prescription is due, and you need to remind your provider whom you have no way of contact with, so you go through your “care team”, no one responds. I have called the phone number 4 times, and have been put to VM. Left a message Emailed 4 times. I get an automated response saying someone will get back to me in 24 hours, or next business day.. I WILL BE OUT OF MEDICATION IN THE BEXT BUSINESS DAY! And my pharmacy has personally called my psych through cerebral twice, and they have gotten nothing but voicemail For this place to be so irresponsible and impossible to get a hold of, while dealing with people and their MENTAL HEALTH… It shouldn’t be legal. Do not even try it. Not worth it. Let’s see how the weekend goes without my medication. PS. Before they respond about emailing and using the name Stephanie H, I have done that, TWICE. Still the communication has gone unanswered.
