YOU WILL NOT GET MONTHLY APPOINTMENTS. CEREBRAL IS BAD FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH. DO NOT USE. I noticed that I've been having a hard time following up with prescribers "monthly". I already have/had 3 different prescribers on this website, despite the non-exist-consistency part, I barely was able to catch up with any prescribers once a month. Last time I talked to a prescriber was October 23rd (yes 2 months ago). I'm not able to reach out to anyone on this website. They told me to have an appointment in January with a different provider. I paid for monthly appointments and that's what cerebral promoted on the website "monthly visits". I would love a solution from Cerebral team to make sure I can have monthly appointments. My new prescriber today was "wowed" by how wrong my meds are and how those mad are actually doing harm to my mental health cause I wasn't able about to talk any prescribers for months on Cerebral and my prescription was no longer right for me. I want my refund on the months that I didn't get my service. Cerebral target audience are mentally illed people. We are seeking for help, but if I'm not able to get helped here and have to constantly ask to have appointments and then I got wrong links, not guaranteed appointments that I don't know if a prescriber would show up, or just no monthly appointments, that makes me feel frustrated.

Cerebral offered me half off for 2 months due to my comment of truth. They made a huge error on my perscription where i overdosed and had to be sent to ER. I feel I only recieved an apology on their mistake only to also ask to remove my post. Truly hurtful My symptoms: hour after taking medication i began to have a massive overload of adrenaline and dopamine. Eyes dialated. Heart irreagular beating. Sweating, vomiting, hands limbs shaking, muscles contracting, eyes shaking. Extreme pressure on chest. Hospital. 5 hours on machines, active charcoal heartbeat close to 145

I keep getting charged monthly and I don’t know why? I haven’t had any appointments, I don’t get my medication, and when I call customer service no one answers. How am I getting charged $85 a month???

I never ever ever write reviews under 5 but this one really bit me. Make sure that you’re ready for questions that may trigger you, and still have to go through answering further potentially invasive questions because you had to make a payment in the midst of the medical assessment. I thought once I made the payment, I would be able to be matched with a prescriber, talk to them, all that good stuff, but once I paid the initial $30, I was asked even more in depth questions. History of medications, why I’m not taking them any more, who what when where how why, and the responses you can make are limited. My anxiety peaked so hard during the questionnaire/assessment that I had to withdraw from it and I requested to cancel, WITHOUT FINISHING MY ASSESSMENT. So I’m still filling out the form, and my payment is going through. “What am I paying for if the questions are still going??” I haven’t received any services; again, I haven’t received ANY services, and I’m requesting a refund/cancellation within 30 minutes of the payment, (mind you, the assessment was never completed bc I couldn’t answer any more questions without dissociating). An agent got back to me 3 days later, after the payment has fully processed, saying they can do a 30% refund. I know from reading the reviews below, for the people that were affected like me, the response from them is going to be “contact Meagan from Cerebral” it’s all copy and paste. Cerebral may work for you but it sure as hell doesn’t/didn’t/will never work for me. If you just want meds, you can probably lie easily here and get what you want. But for the ones like me who have legit trauma from doctors and have high anxiety and depression, these questions are rough. Again, haven’t received any prescriber contact, therapists, nothing. Not even sure what the subscription entails. It may be cheap cash to some, but as someone that really tried stepping out of her comfort zone to try to get help, it’s more than just $30. And it was a waste. Thanks Cerebral.

So... I wish I had seen all these bad reviews before signing up for this service. I am far too busy to make it to weekly appointments at far away clinics and psychiatrists offices, and am suffering from what I imagine to be severe ptsd that has yet to be diagnosed by a doctor. I saw an ad for this service online or television somewhere, and thought maybe I could get the help that I need. Well, I just signed up, paid my weekly subscriptions a month in advance, yet my first appointment isn't until my next billing date... meaning I'm paying for a whole month's subscription with 0 service. Makes 0 sense. I've contacted customer service regarding the issue, but from what I've read here I won't hold my breath that they'll remedy the situation. Oh well, $30 down the drain, I guess. Subscribers beware. I foresee a class action lawsuit in the near future.

This is a scam. 1. They only have very junior and inexperienced therapists. Their website says they have PsyD and PhD but nobody like that exists. 2. So I could not find any therapists and I asked them to cancel the service. I have not even started using the service and they would not issue a full refund. What a scam

Customer service is unhelpful. They used canned responses and don't do refunds. If the service isn't ur jam, you are just out of luck.

this service gives you heartache my mental health has been worse since i randomly got a bill to my in-network insurance provider from my cerebral provider. they WILL charge you for both their monthly subscription fee AND your provider will charge you as well. I thought it was too good to be true. Well, it was. They don't mention anywhere on the website that they will let providers charge you as well. $477.58 to be exact- for a 15-minute appointment. i am in tears trying to figure out how to pay this over the holidays and just having been let go from my job. Do NOT get them please. They will take advantage of you
