SCAM! I signed up for cerebral when they were offering 70% off. I mistakenly chose medication and attempted to switch my subscription. Which i did. Then the charges start climbing, $25 promotional month, $174 for idk what, $260 for my switch. All this happened within a week! So I was optimistic and called and was told that I will not be getting any of my funds back, even though I didn't have a chance to talk with anyone, wait 4 minutes with a prescriber just to tell him i chese the wrong plan as he still tried to give me chemicals when I needed to vent more than n e thing! They stole my whole check the week of Christmas. Worst experience of my life! I will be forwarding my emails and recordings of the conversation to the appropriate authorities

Trying cerebral for a month was the worst mistake I ever made. They don’t care about mental health it’s all about the money. Therapist barely have open availability so you only see them once a month. I only used them for one month and they repeatedly kept charging my card 2 months later even after multiple denied transactions. I emailed them to cancel my subscription after they sent me a confirmation email I kid you not the following day they charged me $85!! It’s already the end of December and I haven’t used any services since early October. When I asked for a refund they said they don’t offer refunds. Then I called and they only offered a 30% refund. that is a $25 refund meaning they kept $60 and I didn’t even use their service!! They are cheating people with mental illness and it’s sad. They don’t care about you. they are money hungry scammers. Rating 0/10

Date: 12/13 I signed up, requested cancellation 12/18 (5 days, 4 business days) I signed up looking for a therapist. I reached out to them multiple times to resolve multiple issues (ie. I was signed up for the wrong subscription, then I requested to change my sub and they said they did, but it was not changed.) Then I couldn't find a single therapist to meet me for ANY appointment time - they had NO available providers. They were not able to resolve any of my issues so I requested to cancel, within 4 days of when I signed up. After 2 days, I receive an email back telling me that I had not cancelled by 9am the day prior to my 'renewal date December 13' so I would not receive a full refund, even though I received no services from the product. They only provided a 30% refund as a courtesy. I emailed back, letting them know that I signed up on December 13, and I am certainly requesting cancellation before my next billing period Jan 13th, so I should receive my full refund as Cerebral was unable to provide the care and services they had provided to give. They then responded that they would not be able to help , as my billing day is December 13th. How would I have been able to cancel by 9am December 12th, if I SIGNED UP on December 13th? They are attempting to withhold my payment and not provide a refund, even though they provided no services from me and I requested refund well within a reasonable time frame. In fact, I would have requested SOONER, but because of delays on responding from Customer Service, I had to wait. Charging you for services promised but never rendered is literally called a scam. Do not use their services. I have seen multiple complaints about this here, on their App Store page, and on the Better Business Bureau.

Would not recommend cerebral to anyone who is interested in their prescription care services. Honestly, I wish I never even signed up to try cerebral. It’s been a disaster since day one. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, had to go through my intro appointment with my prescribing doctor TWICE because of an error on their end, never able to get ahold of anyone in customer service when you need assistance, overall awful experience. Cerebral, why don’t you stop telling people to contact “support@getcerebral. com“ and actually give some real contact information to your customers who are experiencing problems with your services!!

Horrible experience from day one. They charges my card twice. I was already put off and want a refund but between all the emails the send that all go to different folders they ultimately said nope. I don’t want the service and have not utilized it so I think I should get my money back. Do not waste your money and time!

Below was the original interaction. Update since this was posted. I canceled and received cancelation confirmation. I was then charged an additional 174 dollars. I will be contacting te BBB & State AG. Out of Medication & Getting No Response I first have to say that my therapist and my provider are both awesome to work with. That being said, I was prescribed a medication that I am supposed to take daily. The problem lays with being out of my medication and not being able to get a response from anyone. This business is garbage. They advertise that they can help with mental health disorders including ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder and more. They didn't have a single prescriber "qualified" to assist me. They took my money, their scheduling system was down so I literally had ZERO access to ANY of their "benefits," and then when THEY scheduled me with a prescriber I was told that she couldn't help me because she wasn't qualified. Then they told me they had NO ONE qualified to treat me. So I cancelled the subscription. THEN they REFUSED to refund me because it is "against their policy." Even though I had NO ACCESS to ANYTHING on their site because their was a "glitch in their system." Now they are STILL trying to bill me despite the fact that I went throught he PROPER CHANNELS and procedures to cancel my USELESS subscription. This company is unethical and predatory to those of us who are the most at risk and vulnerable. They should be shut down, and if I could I would sue them for making me think they could help me and then taking my money during a pandemic NEAR CHRISTMAS when we need our money the most. It's no wonder they aren't BBB accredited. I wish I would have read the reviews on them from BBB and Trust Pilot before I wasted my time and money on them. Please do your research before trying to ask them for help. They genuinely don't care about their "customers," and they have absolutely no shame.

This website is terrible. When I first signed up, I clicked on therapy. After filling out all my information and insurance, it completely switched my plan to medication and counseling without my knowledge and permission. I signed up for counseling and medication accidently because I clearly chose therapy from the beginning and did not expect it to completely change my plan without my permission. I went onto pay for medication and therapy and then noticed my mistake. When I went to switch to therapy, I was immediately charged 250 dollars without even being told how much money I would have to pay before hand I was immediately charged without being shown the cost. I have severe ADHD and this website is extremely confusing the service is unfair and awful. I IMMEDIATELY changed my plan back to medication and counseling to try and get my 250 dollars back because I NEVER Used the therapy services and this was a complete accident because of the horrible way this website is made. I was only offered a 30% discount. This is absolute theft. I never used these services and switched back immediately. This entire website is a joke and I will be reporting this. Update: Meagan M. did help me and gave me a full refund.
