Horrible customer service. Never fill prescriptions on time. I go days and weeks with out medication. When you call no one answers and they don’t call you back. No response in my portal or by email. Actively seeking an alternative. Would not recommend ever.

I was doing great before Cerebral. Linked up with a psychiatrist, who sent me to pharmacy for a prescription that could not legally be filled. no communication. then, cerebral REMOVED my appointments (psychiatrist and counselor) WITHOUT my authorization. I inflicted harm upon myself upon this second abandonment. the kept taking my money though, after the removed me from their care. VERY ILLEGAL. i hired a lawyer. AVOID PLEASE

WARNING THIS SERVICE IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND HARMFUL!!! I have been with them for a year now and they have let my meds lapse, and do not take urgency when you need a refill I am about a week and a half into major withdrawals from Cymbalta that they put me on for my major depressive disorder. I was begging them for over a month to get the refill in to make sure this didn’t happen since it happened over thanksgiving as well. I had a misscarriage after leaving an abusive relationship and they told me they would schedule me 2x a week therapy to help with the depression and anxiety and trauma and instead I’ve only gotten maybe every other month if I even that, they won’t refill prescriptions on time which is EXTREMELY dangerous especially with their knowledge of what someone is going through and what their service stands for. PLEASE PLEASE do not put yourself in their harmful hands and the ups and downs and feeling abandoned. When I ask for help I get automated messages non stop, and the stress of not knowing if I will get a refill on this very serious medication is enough for me to quit them and make this warning. Enough is enough. They are charging for services they do NOT have the capacity and seriousness to handle. Please save yourself the medication withdrawals and potential ER visits and ups and downs they cause. It’s so DANGEROUS AND NEGLIGENT NO ONE DESERVES THIS. They should be investigated and stopped.

Meds order notification Dec 7 promised further notification when meds shipped. Never arrived. 30 days without meds. Pathetic, expensive, couldn't make appointment till Jan 20. Lower standard of care than even in Albuquerque where care is already below standards.

They upped my medication and a few days later said I was too severe of a case to use cerebral. It made me feel so much worse and threw me into a manic state. I feel like it wasn’t done well. No help. Just here’s a month worth of medication and a “good luck”. They later gave me a website to use to find a psychiatrist in my area but I have yet to find any available for months. I feel abandoned and more hopeless than when I started.

My experience with cerebral started out okay. Then the provider prescribed me an SSRI which has been working great for me until recently. I can’t sleep but instead of the provider trying to address this problem she decided to increase my dosage. Everywhere I read online says to decrease the dosage or insomnia can increase. However that isn’t the problem. Now I can’t get my meds because my prescription insurance won’t pay for a 30 day supply and will do 90 day only because they consider it a maintenance medication. I explained this to my provider and care coordinator. Their response was for me to use Goodrx. Goodrx was gonna cost me $50 for a script that would be no big deal if it didn’t cost me $0 with my insurance. The provider refused to respond to my pharmacy and me. I have had 3 care coordinators in the past week respond with generic messages about how cerebral has a policy against 90 day supplies. Yea I bet that policy is in effect so you can get more money out of people. This service is such a joke. A mental health provider should spend more than 5-10 minutes with you. Also I looked up my particular provider and she’s not even a psych NP. That’s a huge red flag for me. I put in to have my account canceled. They emailed me saying the request has been put in and should take 2 days. It’s been far more than that. I asked for a refund but I don’t see that happening. For a service with the model of better access to mental health, they sure suck at helping with your mental health. I’ve been without my SSRI. They don’t care. They love to just send out stupid generic emails warning you about quitting a medication cold turkey. I hope this company gets shut down.

I wish I could give this service a 0. My first appointment was supposed to be in early December, I was hoping to be able to have some time to start feeling better before the holidays. The appointment approached and I got a call 2 hours before (not enough notice at all) that my provider was out sick and would need to reschedule. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said okay and selected an appointment at the end of the month (conveniently after my second monthly payment). I scheduled to be off work early for my call and followed all instructions. After 10 minutes of not receiving a call I got a notification that I had no-showed the appointment which is absolutely absurd considering I’ve been waiting, suffering for months. I have written to the support team at Cerebral requesting an immediate cancellation and refund of my second month of payment as I’ve received no treatment. This company strings along people with mental health issues and takes their money with no conscience. Shame on them, I will also be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. What a scam.

I signed up for their services and was excited to get started. When I tried to find an appointment with a provider, I was unable to find one to match what I needed. Through talking to my Care Coordinator, I was informed I was on the medication only plan. I asked about other plans and was switched to just therapy. I was informed that I would be charged the difference between the plans, ok fine, that I understood. What was not disclosed to me was what that difference was going to be. In an attempt to finish my on boarding process, I was looking to see what therapists were available. None of them fit my criteria at all. I opted to not schedule an appointment. This is where I found out I was charged $230 as the difference in plans. I saw the charge and immediately reached out to customer support via email. They cancelled my “subscription” but refused to refund my money. The best they offered was a 30% refund. I was UNABLE to use their services. This a predatory company, charging for services prior to them being used and refusing to refund money. They are taking advantage of those with mental health issues and causing more anxiety than they are worth. Do not fall into the same trap I did. I just wanted to talk to someone to better my mental health.
