I was reluctant to even give them one star. They don't deserve any stars. I had to give one to continue with the review. All cerebral did was take my money, never got one therapy appointment correct, and charged me for meds I did not need. They drained two months worth of therapy out of me without a SINGLE session! I wrote many many emails to them expressing my disappointment and all they did was say "sorry." They prey on people like me so beware if you are expecting any help. They are super quick to get your credit card info. Boy oh boy, they are extremely efficient there!

AVOID!! I emailed them about not being able to schedule any appointment because their website was broken and asked for refund ( I didn't even finish setting up an account ). Waited forever for the refund and had to flag it with credit card then they reached out to me pretending they solved the issue. Only two month later I noticed and they are still charging me each month! This company if unethical and the CEO should be hold responsible. Not sure how they managed to secure all the investments with this quality of service - I suggest that all unsatisfied customers write an email to the investors and maybe then something will change ( investors can be found at crunchbase . com in company_financials )

They suck! They scheduled me with a doctor that wasn't able to prescribe anything and that is the whole point of using their services. I was supposed to be rescheduled and didn't hear anything back from them. They supposedly respond in a couple hours. It was days and I decided to just use my insurance to be seen. I am now waiting on them to refund me since I didn't receive the service that was promised.

Cerebral does not clarify when they will be taking money from you if you are simply browsing plans. its set up to not show you the price until you click something and you cant go back because they already took your money. they they hit you with an email saying refunds are not provided even when they were being sneaky. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS

I signed up for the first month which was $114 plus a $25 sign-up fee to speak to a therapist and a psychiatrist. They did not have a psychiatry appointment available for a few weeks. After 1 15 minute appointment with a psychiatrist and a few therapy sessions (1 month), I decided to cancel my subscription. I did not hear back from someone until a week later letting me know the cancellation is processed. I check my bank account today and Cerebral charged me $325. I emailed them asking for a refund Because I canceled my subscription and I do not plan on using their services. And they responded letting me know that they cannot refund me but my cancellation was approved. So I now am paying for a month of services that I am not even using. Im definitely reporting this to the better bussiness bureau. *Side note* They essentially said they're going to close my ticket cause I was emailing them too much. Sucks for me. I lost a lot because of Cerebral. Congratulations to them though, they got $464 dollars out of me.

This is terrible. They charged me the initial fee and couldn’t find me a convenient appointment. I decided to cancel and completed the ridiculous cancelation process twice and I’m still receiving notices trying to charge me for their monthly subscription. Surely a scam!

I don’t even want to give this place one star. I have had no problems till this last week. Two weeks ago my dosage changed on one of my medication‘s and the provider was supposed to have called that dosage change into the pharmacy that day. I did not check to see if the prescription had made it because I did not need it yet. Sunday iMessage them and said I called the pharmacy they never received my prescription and that was on the weekend so I understand not a prompt response. Monday iMessage again And you probably guessed it no response Tuesday I get an automated message Saying sorry for the delay they’re letting the provider know And it could take up to one business day so did Monday not count as a Business day or what’s going on here I didn’t get it So Wednesday iMessage all day in the portal reported problems hit the panic attack button multiple times and emailed and tried calling but you can’t talk to a real person for anything so don’t even try to call ever I had put in a request to speak to a supervisor I have got to separate email saying that I need to keep the line open for the call to come through for the supervisor Still no call And here we are Thursday before a holiday weekend still have not had my meds and over to the pharmacy been without them for four days no phone calls from anybody no actual help from anybody at this company and they’re supposed to be here for your mental health what a effing crock of poop don’t ever try to use this company!! If this thing would give me the option to let Me cuss this whole review would be a lot more efficient!!

I think I helped myself through this journey more than cerebral ever did. Sure the care providers were nice, but the whole situation just isn’t personal enough. They seem to go through a script and I just don’t understand diagnosing someone in a 15 minute video conversation. And to top it off, when I felt I was fine without, I decided to cancel and they made sure to delay their response so that I was still charged the nearly $300 for services I didn’t need or use. When I emailed them of course they told me I’m sh!t out of luck (In not so many words). I said I’d return in the future if need be, but never again.
