My anxiety and depression was confirmed, and was assured a treatment plan will be formed. For the first time in weeks you gave me some hope, promised a treatment plan, along with immediate crisis care, and told me we were scheduling in person sessions to address next steps. Instead, when I was contacted next I was told to seek help elsewhere, such as suicide hotline (even though I am no way suicidal). You took my money and ran. This is extremely predatory, taking advantage of someone in the most vulnerable moments. Shame on you. I’m not happy I’m furious. Thankfully I was not alone when this happened. I can’t think of words to explain how unhappy I am with you, your service, and the system which allows you to suck the last dollars from struggling people you promise to care about.

It’s so difficult trying to get a hold of someone that can help. You have to wait 4-5 weeks for an appointment even when they cancel on you making it 8 weeks between appointments and they only write you monthly prescriptions. I have a different person every time so I spend all my appointment at square 1. Truly awful. The costumer service is quick and lovely but they can’t do anything to really help.

I did reply to trustpilots request for more information. Your feigned concern is not needed. If you all wanted to help people, you would have made a real attempt to help me when I reached out to your customer support 10+ times. This was a truly awful, stressful waste of time. They did send me medicine, but it was the wrong medicine. They continually said they'd send me the right meds and they'd get it fixed, but they never did. I had to send 7+ emails and talk to 3 different "escalations" people and they never corrected it. This experience harmed my mental health.

Dear Stefanie who responded to my review telling me to contact you, I have done so multiple times. Please respond to me. You mark my help tickets as "Complete" and I get prompted to fill out a survey about the help I "received" but I never get a reply, you completely ignore me. And continue to charge me. It's also nice to note that they flagged my review claiming I wouldn't respond to cerebral trying to verify my account (they won't stop charging me for it but deny I have it- like please just make that true). If you could spend more time helping me via email and less time responding to reviews pretending you'll help me if I email you that'd be great 👍

It's taken me a year to be able to write this warning, without retriggering myself because my experience with Cerebral was such a nightmare. From the therapist commenting on my appearance and refusing to work with me unless I committed to a long term, expensive solution. She was unprofessional on several levels and beyond that, the repeated, harassing emails from customer service, while I was suffering greatly, exacerbated an already heightened state. When I asked them to please stop replying and sending me emails because it was triggering my experience not only with the therapist, but every customer service representative who was unable to help me, they replied, we understand and would like to offer you a discount for more service. After I had already asked for a refund and been refused. Please spare yourself the anguish and do not use this dispicable company.

For what it is worth, they were good for the first few months but I feel like they stop caring about you at a certain point. I had my appointment with my prescriber cancelled on me and they now expect me to wait a whole month and a half to get my prescription refilled. I have been ignored for the last two weeks while trying to get my prescription figured out. It is completely unacceptable to expect someone to go from being on meds one day to not having any the next day without having any way to get ahold of your doctor to talk you through the process. They have changed my “care team” so many times that you never know who you are going to be dealing with. Right now I have people who are making me go through not having medication while completely alone with nobody to talk to. Use at your own risk because your experience might be great if you have a good team but that can change without warning Update: Prior to leaving this review customer service seemed like they were ignoring me. It was only after I left this review that customer service was actually helpful and got me an appointment with a prescriber. It shouldn’t take leaving a bad review on the internet for your health to be taken seriously.
