Zero stars - I liked my therapist but it’s not enough to earn a star. Make sure you are prepared financially for this. Their lack of due diligence caused me a bill for $375 - they reordered my meds prior to 30 days so of course my insurance would not cover it. The response I received was that I could cancel all together. Shameful. Gross to have such a callous lack of transparency and then try to place the blame on the subscriber. My coordinator should be released but I’m left paying a bill I cannot afford. Let the buyer beware.

Expensive. I'm 48 and have had my share of therapy. I know what works, what doesn't, how to make adjustments, etc. I don't need my time wasted with useless therapy with people who know less than I do and I certainly don't need to spend $85/month just to get medication.

I'm so disappointed in the ability to see a prescribing nurse. I really feel like this is such a waste of money.

I was under the impression that my first month was $50 and I was and still am being charged z$362 a month. I have tried to cancel and it says when I call there is no one to answer the phone due to covid. Cancel it. I have told my credit card to stop it, but I keep getting charged. I am going to write the attorney general and consumer affairs

My therapist,Kalin, was amazing. Only good thing about this service! Support takes forever to get back to you, my prescriber changed and it was difficult to get appointments with them. Cancellation is difficult. For a service that is supposed to help people with ADHD, their practices say otherwise. I wouldn’t waste my money here.

Will not let me cancel services and still bills me...going on 6 months of 256 a month

Very unhelpful

I started my subscription Dec 26, 2022. Before anything else they’ll take your money. First you’ll talk (not video chat like they say cause it never works, so they end up calling)with your prescription provider (mine was particularly rude and judgmental but I thought I could use the help anyways). They won’t even really check what meds are on and will just push any kind of meds at you and not even tell you the side effects. When I had to pick it up at my pharmacy they told me that it didn’t work with my birth control (even though I told the prescriber exactly what birth control I was on). They’re very misleading saying that they’re a therapy option. But they don’t actually provide any therapy they provide you with a ‘care counselor’ who only sends you to other places or just sends you pieces of useless articles. No actually help. After about two weeks on the medicine I started noticing side effects, most of them minor but I got a large painful swollen lymph node on my neck. It was a little concerning so I contacted them immediately. They told me it wasn’t a side effect and that I should just go to the doctor. Anywhere online it says it’s a rare and bad side effect and that I should start taking the medicine. They don’t even know what they’re prescribing. If I just have to go pay for a therapist and a doctor anyway why am I paying all this money to do this? So of course I tried to cancel which was very difficult to fine because none of their phone lines work and you need to email them. So I emailed them four days before my subscription will be renewed. Two days ago I got an email saying that my subscription was canceled in my account would be deactivated. Today I wake up and they charge me $75.50. And even after charging me I can’t access the care because they deactivated my account. They won’t respond to their phone line i’m hoping to get an email response but doubt I will. Stay far away from this company they’re only after your money. Just really sad that they prey on the mentally ill.
