I am trying to get my medical records from Raphaela and all of her answers are short and careless. We are having a communication/technical issue with sending my medical records, to which I keep explaining on my end that there are no medical records that I am seeing and I think we are having a technical issue. To which her response was I already sent it. As a customer, Idk how your system works on sending out medical records. Which I would love to understand if Raphaela could spend more than two sentences of her time to explain.

Honestly, I signed up and wanted to understand how the program works, the company took my money and refused to pay it back. In total, I used the account for 30 minutes and then requested a cancelation and refund. The company will have a BBB investigation.

Cerebral will be very punctual about billing but very lax when it comes to services. Cerebral has billed me for 3 months of service but has cancelled all my appointments same day and postponed them for weeks. Lots of billing for zero services. I recommend everyone with the same experience seek legal guidance.

WARNING: do NOT sign up for Cerebral. The advertisement said it only costs a small copay with insurance. I entered all my information, including insurance, to which a screen popped up that said I was covered. I was then shocked when my bank account was charged $296! I immediately canceled everything and requested a refund. They refused to refund my money. Complete rip off! I am out nearly $300 and didn't receive any services.

Update: Cerebral was very responsive to my complaint and did refund my money. The service was mediocre-the meds prescribed were not effective and didn’t make sense to the psychiatrists we consulted after there was no improvement. Now I’m dealing with having cancelled the service but still being charged. This is theft!! What makes this more frustrating is being unable to reach anyone by phone.

I do not and will not ever recommend this service. I have been stood up by providers on 3/4 of my appointments. And not once have I actually been able to talk to a therapist. In the almost month that is had this application nothing great has come of it. I saw a nurse practitioner who did my “intake” appointment to see what might be going on with me. He didn’t have the skill set needed so he told me he needed me to see another provider. A week goes by and still nothing. I finally get a notification telling me I need to schedule an appointment with a new psychiatrist. So I attempt to. None of the dates or times she had listed would allow for me to schedule. So I went two weeks out and it works. Ok, perfect. Well during my time waiting to get the diagnosis I have scheduled with a therapist. Our first meeting I arrive. 6 minutes past my scheduled time I receive a message from the therapist telling me she is unable to connect, that we were having technical difficulties and that she needs to reschedule me for Monday. So Monday comes and she doesn’t show up. I can’t reschedule with her as her schedule has her booked out another 2 weeks which puts me into the next billing cycle. And that is not happening. So I reach out to support to find another therapist. So the time has passed enough now and I am to the day of my psychiatric appointment. Guess what, she doesn’t show up either. No message from either provider when they miss the appointment. No care for my time. Stay away from this application and services rendered. You are wasting your time and your money. I have had more success with other platforms out there.

This "service"(I put service in quotes because I didn't receive any services) is a joke and preys on the vulnerability of people seeking help and treatment. They barely accept any insurances and they make you wait literal MONTHS for appointments while charging you the whole time. Their "prescribers" are a joke and do not listen AT ALL. The only saving grace has been my care counselor, she's lovely! But unfortunately not enough to keep me around to deal with the rest of the absolute nonsense that goes on with this company. The whole thing is disappointing, frustrating and ridiculously invalidating. Save your money and get an "actual" therapist or psychologist. ETA: The multiple obviously copy pasted responses I've received from cerebal since this review only furthers my disgust in this company and it's complete lack of transparency & accountability.

This is such a great concept, but the execution is terrible. App is bad, and scheduling is frequently impossible through it, so you have to reach out to care team to schedule, and their turn around time is not quick as the app implies. Requests made via email or in app are not responded to for days and days. This app is fine if you are paying cash, but it’s expensive out of pocket. If you use insurance, plan on having little to no choice in care provider.
