Cerebral has been going through some changes and they do seem stretched kind of thin, I’ve changed care counselors 3 times due to providers leaving. That being said everyone I’ve worked with listens and attempts to establish rapport, doesn’t balk when I trauma dumb my suicidal history, and my most recent care counselor is just a beacon of positive energy

This was my first ever experience reaching out to someone for my mental health. This was an easy experience and my doctor was amazing. I had anxiety doing a video call but felt relaxed a few mins into the call. I would highly recommend Cerebral.

Going though a divorce and I realized I needed help. Divorce is finalized but I’m still working on the depression part of it. They give me feedback on how to deal with it and I have greatly improved.

So far I’ve only met with one person on my care team and I’m already over the moon. In my 27 years I’ve never reached out for the help I’ve needed and cerebral and my provider have made this so easy for me. I look forward to continuing with them to become a version of myself I haven’t even met yet.

I love having access to mental health care through an app. Cerebral made it possible for me to make an appointment same day with a prescriber to get help. My prescriber is attentive to my needs and give me good recommendation for a plan of action to help me feel better. All for a reasonable price.
