Great Psychiatrist
I had a bad experience at first with my first counselor. I asked for a new one and within a day I got matched with a new psychiatrist. She is a perfect match for me. Kind, quick to respond, and overall understanding.

I was worried that it would feel like…
I was worried that it would feel like they didn't really want to get to know me and that I was just another patient in their day since this is all online. That couldn't have been farther from the truth. My doctor took the time to really get to know me and my symptoms, made me feel heard, and discussed different options we could take in tackling my care.

I was in need of a prescription...
I was in need of a prescription, and cerebral gave me the opportunity to talk with a clinician, and the clinician gave me the prescription I needed. thumbs up!

I'm impressed!
I have been in and out of therapy and have seen many different prescribers for my mental health disorder. I started with the just medication plan and my prescriber, Alyssa Larson, is one of the best prescribers I have ever worked with. The care counselor wasn't as great and that person seemed to change often but the plan was mostly about the medication and that part was awesome. I recently upgraded the plan to include therapy and just had my first therapy appointment and I am impressed. All appointments are easy to make, easy to reschedule, and you can message "your team" anytime. I am extremely impressed by this company although it isn't cheap my mental health is worth it. Thank you Cerebral (and Alyssa Larson, she really is that awesome!)

The clinician was very understanding and took the time to speak with me directly. It's nice to have a one on one connection with someone who cares.
