I started the intake process and then decided against using cerebral services. However, I was still charged $79.00 even though I never scheduled an appointment and received no services through Cerebral. And there is no way to cancel the account online. You have to send a separate email and per the fine print in their policy they will not refund you even if you have never had an appointment or utilized any of their services. Update: I am updating my review as I received assistance from customer service that was helpful but am still giving the company a poor rating due to their predatory billing practices. I was given a refund after posting my original review, calling Cerebral twice, and sending an email and filling out a form.

Just say no
First of all, this company is not very good at making basic software. For example, I rec'd numerous text messages prompting me to schedule an appt when I had already scheduled one. Second, the therapist I met with was great but did not show up to the first appt. I attribute this more to the company's disorganization than the therapist herself. Third - This business is clearly a shill for big pharma - my therapist mentioned prescribing me medication within the first 15 min of our first session. Again, I attribute this more to the company than to the therapist. Finally - There was no transparency around the price increase after the first month. I looked at my credit card statement and found that they were charging me nearly $300/month when I thought it was an ~$80/month subscription. Overall, this was a negative experience and I would not recommend it, even to someone I don't like.

Took my money and ran
Took my money and ran. I had to cancel my bank account. They did nothing for me. There is a zero chance I would recommend Cerebral.

Stonewalled At Cancellation
I have been trying to cancel for months and have submitted 2 cancellation requests. I was just charged another $85 this am. This company has charged $255 since receiving my initial cancellation. Being bullish on account cancellation doesn’t seem like a moral policy to have when you are dealing with those suffering with mental health issues.

Stay away. Useless and predatory
I left my insurance and credit card information. I never made it through the initial questionnaire because I was experiencing a mental health crisis and found it frustrating. I used another service to connect with a doctor immediately after I logged out of cerebral. Days later I saw a $139 charge from cerebral and requested a refund. They refunded only $41 even though I have never spoken to a counselor, had any appointment or service whatsoever. I asked a manager for a full refund and was denied based on policy even after knowing that I didn’t use or understand the service or charge. This seems very predatory to me. Stay away from this company. There are much better companies out there who actually care and provide a service. I now have to fight this charge with my credit card company

Provider is not responding to my emails…
Provider is not responding to my emails or to pharmacy requests. Attempted to call and no one answers the phone, attempted to cancel, not able to cancel. Worst service ever.

This company is a mess or a scam
This company is a mess or a scam. They hide behind a chat, there is no way to talk to a human, they did not send the prescription to my pharmacy, and canceling is impossible. Avoid these scamers.

Charged me monthly even after…
Charged me monthly even after requesting a cancel. Had to turn my card off to prevent you taking another 85 dollars from me. Requests to set up an appointment was months out and they didn’t accept my health insurance.
