Ending the trial membership was a nightmare. You must email them, wait for a link to complete a mandatory survey, then wait for them to call you. All the while they are trying to sneak another $$$ charge onto your credit card. I had to return SEVEN emails over SIX days, and complete the survey TWICE because they claimed they never received it. But the best part was when one of them subtly threatened to send the new membership amount to collections. Truly it would have made my day to sue them and share the story on social media. At that point I wrote to their CEO at 11pm and amazingly, received the cancellation email within 20 minutes. Embarrassing and disgusting is the only way to describe their exit process. I would never recommend them.

It’s a good service to start tackling my ADHD symptoms, however the slow response times and issues with finding the best and most affordable medications have been an issue. Trying to connect with my care team takes about 2-3 days to resolve questions. Also, some medications are too expensive for me and when trying to connect with the team to find a new one, I end up going days without proper medication because of this as well as being 6 months in and still not having proper medication. Edit: I chose to end my service with Cerebral after having bad side effects and not being able to discuss them with my care team. I had been sleeping all day, throwing up, and even missing work because of the side effects and my prescriber never responded to the coordinator. Luckily I found a better service that takes my insurance plan and drastically brought down the cost than what I was paying for this service. After this experience, I chose to end Cerebral for my mental health as I felt I was worse off than when I started with Cerebral. I also like my new service because they didn’t give me pills first meeting. This service made me feel a bit like an addict. I don’t wanna up my dosage all the time. I want something that keeps me functional. Isn’t that the point?

READ THIS FIRST! - The people I spoke with at Cerebral were kind and tried to be helpful and I was going to join. I filled out their forms which included debit card information but I decided, based on past experience, I would wait and ask further questions. But without my authorization, Cerebral charged my debit card. HOW MANY MEDICAL ORGANIZATIONS ARE YOU AWARE OF OR HAVE DONE SERVICE WITH THAT CHARGED YOUR BANK WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION? For me, it's zero so there isn't any chance that I am going to fall for their smooth talk and false promises. ZERO! They are going apologize and say that they use a 3rd party to handle the billing and they will look into the matter and take care of it. But if they are such great company, why have they not ansered my several emails on this matter? They still send me advertising telling me about discounts and false promises. Luckily, my bank stopped payment. This is a group run by lowlife professional scammers and thieves. I'm not sure why anyone would want to work for them. Don't fall for their hustle!!! And don't believe the positive reviews that all companies place on sites such as this. Don't fall for it! Please don't fall for it...We need to do what we can to remove companies such as this from scamming innocent people, especially the elderly.

This site, like all the other reviewers, seems to good to be true. I have OSFED, and I tried to tell my prescriber that and they still prescribed me Prozac. That is a problem because my OSFED is a problem with eating anything at all. And I did ask if it suppresses appetite and the prescriber told me it doesn't, which is a blatant lie. And on the first day I didn't eat barely anything. And I went by the recommended and contacted my prescriber. What a damn joke that is. So as a customer, YOU CAN NEVER CONTACT YOUR PRESCRIBER DIRECTLY. You have to go through a chat system (that is NOT live chat system) to have your 'coordinator' to be the messenger for your prescriber. That would be okay if it didn't take TWO AND HALF DAYS to get a response. The response was the opposite of helpful. I was told to take only half of the pill and guess what, my appetite was still repressed. That is not even going into the fact that my 'counsellor' canceled and I couldn't get another appointment until the end of the month. While I was waiting, I found that I really didn't need these people that took DAYS to reply to my questions. Needless to say, I don't recommend. Go with another telehealth service that actually is more attentive. Also, I have tried to cancel twice and still haven't gotten the 'form' to cancel.

Very much a scam to take money. Over 6 months of $85 a month for nothing.

First, their website does NOT provide enough factual and detailed information to be assured of anything at all, that was my first issue. I figured I'd give it a try anyways because I uploaded my insurance and it said I was in network and could expect to pay $29/mo for any plan (that info can be found right in the FAQ yet isn't accurate AT ALL) and figured $29 for a tele health visit as well as therapy? Sounds great but 100000% too good to be true. After entering my insurance info I was still charged two separate fees none of which were the $29. I immediately contacted Cerebral via their online form to inquire what was going on and why I was charged what I was as well as to get more specifics on the plans. The rep that responded did not answer most of my questions but stated I was actually not in network even though their site and the screenshot I have from their site says otherwise. Hmm, okay no biggie just cancel and move on. Except it isn't that simple. After multiple back and forth to get specifics explained because they can't be bothered to just read the entire email and answer what is asked but prefer to d*ck you around I finally was sent the link to request cancelation. Filled it out immediately and no response after that. Messaged multiple times after and finally received a response stating my acct had been cancell r and to expect a refund except the refund never came so again I contacted them and was given a phone number to call which I called and a woman answered who clearly was not in an actual office, in fact not even sure why or how she worked for a mental health advocate company because she was rude, did not provide any help and refused to issue a refund because she said she did not have any way to do so, she also claimed that they actually have no real way to confirm insurance lol, so I asked she connect me to someone who could, she asked that I wait on hold in which I did and then who would have guessed it but she hung up on me. I filed a claim with my bank and cerebral immediately refunded because why wouldn't they? This company is shady as hell.

I was looking for low cost therapy online and found cerebral.they had several plans to choose from.being on social security i chose the $7.00/week plan.after the assessment i said i would think.about it.immediately i was bombarded by sign up.now and 70%off or $55.00off.for several days.i decided to chance the $55 off.assuming it was for the $7.00/week plan.i was wrong.it was a bait and switch scheme.i was informed later my plan was $85.00/month. And so began the daily harassment of you.must verify your identity with a drivers license or other govt issued document. Then a selfie too. The link to the selfie never worked.so.i was harrassed daily to verify who.i am.attempts to speak to online support got me passive/aggressive responses that sounded robotic.no one ever addressed my concern.after daily email harassment. I canceled my subscription and asked for a refund.instead of a real response i was bombarded with more emails askingto rate their support. Avoid this company ar all costs.they are interested in money only.i still have not had any response to my refund demand. An addendum to this February 21.trustpilot sent me a message that cerebral.com wanted more info to prove my review was real.lets.laugh.all day February 20 2022 i was bombarded and harrassed by email after email to rate their support. This place just can't let it go!they are creepy in their endless support requests.no matter how often i state,stop,they just send more.i reported them to the Pennsylvania state attorney General, for bait and switch among other issues.i want my money refunded asap.ok i have to add to my review of this place. even though i can\celed and my money was refunded,this site continues harrassing me with 'rating thheir support' it appears they are narcssts who worry about their image more than the concerns of anyone who has the misfortune to connect with them. the endless emails requesting they be rated without a doubt proves this place cerebral.com is run by psychopaths.
