I was trying to sign up on 2/28 - before my insurance information was even in- my credit card was hit once for meds 30 bucks - therapy 109 - I decided I did not want to go further. It was too late and they will not answer the phone - and they do not respond to the emails at the address they just made me delete - they do though warn that if you send more than once - it will take longer- very spiteful for healthcare. I have not had one appointment and I cannot cancel - and I believe the charges recur.

I’ve been reaching out to my care team and not one of them has said anything. Why am I paying for care I’m not receiving

Have not resolved my issues with my meds or plan cancellation.

This service was great in the beginning. Then a few months in, it wasn’t. This was fraud and a farce. Monthly payments to speak to someone at inconvenient times months apart. Care councilor only ever asked me if my medication was working. She spent the entire 30 minutes on that one question and typing. She would ask me the same questions about my medication in that same session over and over. After a while, I stopped attending. My opinion is she was multitasking. She was definitely working on other things as 30 minutes to type a one sentence response for that same question is ridiculous. Actually, the one time I was sobbing and needed to talk she was unfazed and cold and told me I had 15 minutes left so I never opened up to her again. I only kept cerebral this long because of my medication but then I stopped receiving those too. I haven’t seen a bottle of medication in about 8 weeks. Last refill was December 9th and it’s February 2nd. Once your class action suits begin, I will gladly be joining them. This is fraud and someone is eventually going to do something about it. Or worse, someone is going to end up hurting themselves or another with the way this company operates. It’s only a matter of time. Daily Mail did an entire article about the Cerebral Fraud a mere month ago. More and more people are catching up on the garbage this has turned into.

Cerebral was good to continue my mood stabilizers when I was in a pinch and lost my insurance. That's all it was good for. Using it for about a year now, I've been scheduled incorrectly a few times. One time they scheduled me for a day that my prescriber wasn't even working which means a missed appointment, and more time waiting. There was also a stretch of time (about a month) where every single day I would get messages from cerebral saying that there was a coverage lapse, even though my account was paid. They kept telling me not to worry, but how am I supposed to trust them with all of the technical errors going on? It is very scary to think that your medication can suddenly be taken away. There is a HUGE communication problem within their system. Today I had a 15 minute appointment that should've been a 30 minute, and nobody told the provider that it was supposed to be an ADHD screening. She had no clue who I was or what the appointment was for. I understand that there are a ton of people to manage, but they could at least keep notes on patients and schedule accordingly. EDIT: from what I gather reading these other reviews: when you plan on canceling, block cerebral from charging you. Let your bank know the situation or straight up order a new card. (I'm not sure if the app lets you remove payment method without replacing it w another). They will make it impossible to cancel for weeks/months, but they continue to charge you the entire time. Just another money hungry company :( UPDATE- they messed up again and bumped me down from 200mg of my meds to 25mg. in what world does it make sense to drop from 200 aaalll the way down to 25??!!!! i think they’re trying to kill me at this point. I asked for 150mg

Everyone at cereberal is apathetic. They set the service up in a way that makes it difficult to schedule appointments, impossible to talk to people, takes an inordinate amount of time to resolve issues when you encounter them (like sending prescriptions to a random pharmacy rather than asking you which you would like to use). I expected more attention to detail and useful features from a company that claims to be there to help with mental health issues, but all they do is increase frustration and try and throw drugs at all the problems. If you’re looking for an “affordable” solution, look elsewhere.

I have been asking for a week to get someone to send my prescription to the pharmacy as I haven’t had my medicine and I have yet to be contacted to discuss it. I have reached out over 6 times

They state that you can cancel anytime but it’s impossible to do so. I signed up for a trial and was rescheduled and rescheduled until the trial is invalid. I was charged for three month’s worth of service. When I finally canceled, it was an impossible task to do. They make it easy to sign up but you would have to email, make sure that your account is indeed cancel (several email exchanges), and by the time you are done, you have just given them another month. Go somewhere else.
