Great experience for me
Great experience for me. Only downside is my psychiatrist left the group and now i need to start over, which is tough on me as that was the reason I came to this service to begin with.

The counselors really make me feel as…
The counselors really make me feel as if they are listening and have a genuine interest in helping me. Getting a grasp on depression has helped me tremendously in my everyday life, as well as helping me understand and manage my ADHD.

Easy
If you’re like me and don’t really have the time to go in person with a doctor but you are struggle with some kind of mental health, Cerebral is so convenient and easy to work with and I would definitely recommend this way in order to get yourself better!

Easy Peasy
I really love Cerebral…it is a perfect way to receive therapy in the comfort of my own home. I have a very busy schedule and it makes receiving therapy much easier for a busy lifestyle. One time I just pulled over to McDonald’s parking lot and had a therapy session on my phone. I love my therapist… caring, knowledgeable… Everything you would want.

Feeling a little frustrated
My visit was great. The customer service leaves a bit to be desired. When I first joined I was not able to schedule an appointment. Then after multiple tries and sending a message that has yet to be answered I was able to schedule an appointment with a provider. At the end of the visit I was instructed to schedule my next appointment which I was not able to do. I have sent another message regarding this and I am waiting for an answer. In the meantime the medication the provider prescribed is not covered under my insurance plan, I called and spoke to a nice woman who is supposed to send a message to the provider. I also inquired about scheduling my next appointment and was informed I will receive a link two weeks prior to my next appointment that will allow me to schedule said appointment. I am not sure how the software knows when I am supposed to have my next appointment since it is based on when I start the medication 🥴. Feeling a little frustrated
