BEWARE!!!! Please do not sign up for this service! They claim to help people but they are just looking to take your money. Upon signing up they charged my card immediately without using any services. It says they accepted my insurance but after multiple failed attempts to input my insurance (even tho all the info was correct) the site kept giving me an error message. Also they didn’t have any available appointments for weeks in advance. After realizing this I wanted to cancel but they make it nearly impossible to do so. After multiple emails of poor communication on their part and with no explanation refunded me $23.70 of a $79.00 charge. Keep in mind I literally did not use any of their services. They later explained this is a “strict policy” they have. So your policy is to take peoples money without them receiving any services?? This company is pure GREED. They do not want to help people with mental health problems they only want to take your money. This is pathetic to take advantage of vulnerable people in their time of need. Please don’t make the same mistake and join this site. Save yourself the trouble.

I finally got the courage to reach out and seek therapy and I would love to let you guys know my experience with Cerebral. I have been waiting THREE weeks now for an appointment. It started off with them having technical issues and not accepting my payment. I was able to give them my payment of $325 last Tuesday 3/22 and I have not heard from a soul since. I called again on Thursday asking when I would hear back and they stated they were having technical issues ONCE AGAIN and never sent my file. I have been super nice throughout the whole process and waited till this MONDAY to follow up. I have now been asking to speak to a manager since then and have not received one call, text, email and my account is still messed up on my end. Note: their services do not let them "transfer" to a manager, they are given 24-48 hours to respond to me, which is always stated. Yes, I can dispute the charge and get my money back, but all I can think about with the type of services they are CLAIMING to provide, this is so heartbreaking and unacceptable. I can say I'm at a low point in my life, and I have felt so disrespected and scammed. They have had my money (NO TECHNICAL ISSUES THERE) and I just don't know what to do at this point. I am literally here BEGGING for help.

you guys are very unorganized and i am very disappointed with this app. You guys didnt help me log back into my account for several weeks by kept insisting that i was doing something wrong and that it was my fault the entire time. you also basically stole $85 from me because of how unprepared and poorly structured you are. How are you going to set me up with a prescriber who cant even prescribe me the medication i need. You guys should have already transferred me to the proper Dr. once you found out that i cant be prescribed the proper medication. Like what, why should i pay $85 to wait another 3 weeks for you guys to do what should have already happened. Never trying online medication again thanks to you guys and ill make sure the rest of the world stays away from you as well.

This app is so you can get Adderall prescribed and nothing else. These are not professionals they’re just newbies signing on prescriptions and giving you no real value. Gimmicky app

I keep trying to cancel and they just keep charging me. I’ve never had one session or received on prescription.

The therapist was very unprofessional and the subscription is impossible to cancel!!! I’ve been requesting to cancel for weeks and they won’t respond to my emails and when I call they say okay I’ll cancel your membership let me place you on a brief hold then never take you off hold.

I have never used this service, I looked at using it and cancelled prior to ever using it. I have been getting billed ever since.

Cerebral is, to put it mildly, a subpar service. It's been six months and my medication hasn't been adjusted at all and there has been no progress with any of my needs. I initially tried the therapy plan, but switched to the more basic one given that I was paying to have four therapist appointments a month and they managed to get me one in about six weeks. The medication management is terrible (and that is the entire reason I was referred to Cerebral after I tried Circle), and somehow the provider I see every month is far less capable of keeping up with even the most basic aspects of my file than providers who saw me a few times a year were. There have been periods when the messaging system and appointment scheduling system simply have not worked, and the app is not reliable.
