When I first joined, it seem very good and pleasing. As time went on I ended up loosing the care provider that I had and I had to be switched. However I never completed the process. The medicine that my original provider was prescribing me didn’t help me feel anything different. She increased the Mg and I started to feel the side effects like dry mouth. When I was telling her these things she did not recommend something else she kept me on that particular medication. Then the same medication kept coming to my door after numerous times of me expressing that I didn’t want this medication because I didn’t like it. Eventually I had to end up canceling my card because I was accumulating all this medication that I was not taking them. Which overall was wasting my money.

At first I thought it was wonderful. However, my prescribers constantly change and I feel as though they don't really listen or care about my concerns. I feel as though I am an account who pays for a service and not a human. I'm highly disappointed in the service and am on the verge of canceling as I do not feel it has been worth the expense.

Only signed up for a trial for $30 and no longer interested so I followed the link to cancel and completed that portion. I am continuing to get emails as if I never submitted an cancellation request. This company is not personal and I believe that they will draw out the cancellation process to deduct additional money from your account when I have not used any of their service once. Beware!!!! Look before you leap.

The worst type of financial predators. If you have insurance but still liked to be charged on top of it,download this app. If I could give Cerebral negative stars, I would. Not only did they NOT help my daughter( who lives in a rural area where her meds are difficult to obtain) they have charged us an exorbitant amount of money. It is impossible to cancel and we have attempted to repeatedly. ZERO customer service. An ENORMOUS scam-taking advantage of people with mental illness and those that are trying to help. Predators.

Unfortunately, since I left my initial review, Cerebral has completely dropped the ball with my account. There was an issue with their mail away pharmacy that took over 3 weeks of messaging and phone calls back and forth, which still hasn’t been resolved. I have had to stop taking medication because of this. I had a lapse in insurance coverage and I am being told that I need to pay “a one time fee of $124” but they keep sending me invoices, asking for another payment despite making this payment. While they are decent about sending messages back and forth, I cannot get any resolution. It seems like they are a company of Yes Men that say anything to get you off of the phone or palliative your complaint. It is incredibly sad that a service that is so needed, has not sorted itself out.

Horrible. They won’t let you quit when you want. They string you along acting like it’s an involuntary psychiatric hold instead of just letting you click a button to quit. They gaslight you on the phone to try to sell you more unnecessary pills instead of listening to the single issue you’re having. After requesting cancellation, I continued getting texts, messages, and emails demanding me make another appointment. Absolutely worst online service OF ANY KIND that I have ever used.

Pleasant experience until it came time to await medication. Was told to expect 3-5 business days wait time. Waited over a week or two, asked in the chat and was told it was delivered. Checked the tracking number and it was delivered to an entirely different city/state than I live in. Asked for it to be delivered to a local pharmacy instead, and got a single line reply that it was shipped out and to wait another 3-5 business days. I did and got another chat back that it was delivered. This time, to another completely different city/state than I live in. I gave up trying to work with this company after that.

My only hope is that you read this before signing up. The first thing they do is charge your card, and then have you enter a list of questions (typical) but then when you schedule, they only gave me 4 practitioners that all had extreme UNAVAILABILITY. But since this is a subscription service, they would have continued charging me. BEWARE - do not sign up for this. Could have been a great company but obviously helmed by owners that don't care about anything other than the money they take from your account. It's sad, considering they're to help you for mental health, but then cause mental health problems along the way.
