The professionals are nice
The professionals are nice, it's a little shady how the company itself says that they will accept your insurance, only to find out that they don't cover it and having to pay the 125 instead of the 29 and being out of network. The app and website could be more user friendly as well, very buggy and glitchy and kind of ugly.

No controlled substance
I was told that they would fill my adderall …. Nope 👎 so $85 down the drain

Went looking for a therapist and got a…
Went looking for a therapist and got a drug dealer instead.🤣 Granted it was a mistake and a bit comical but felt like a big "F your feelings and take these drugs."😮‍💨 No thanks. Once I get an actual therapist I'm sure my opinion will change. 😁

Therapists keep rescheduling…
I made three appointments with therapists and two out of three were rescheduled. Very frustrating. The meeting with a prescriber went fine, but not been able to meet with a therapist once yet. If I’m doing something wrong, it’s unclear in the app.

Mostly good apart from being poisoned
2 of the four providers I've had through my year at cerebral have been wonderful compassionate people. My councilor and current perscriber are wonderful. Another was generally unhelpful, acting like she knew my health better than I did. The last put me on a medication I was hesitant about, and it poisoned me. In desperate pain and unable to move I was asked to "give it a week, for side effects to subside". The quality of your care will depend heavily upon self advocacy and being willing to ask for someone new if its not working out.

Poor diagnosis
My first diagnosis appointment took less than 10 minutes and they prescribed medication after the first 5 minutes. It seemed like the nurse was just following a flow chart instead of doing an actual diagnosis. My first therapist wasn't good but fortunately he referred me to a different therapist that has been amazing, it was good as a first step toward better mental health but it's definitely not ideal.

Depends what you are looking for
While the treatment did help me to an extent, it seemed revolved around medication. Within five minutes of my first appointment suggested to take medication to treat my ADHD. Admittedly, the treatment they offered helped me a lot, however it seems that the staff lacked professionalism. For example, I don’t think I was ever asked my weight or if I was already on medication. I feel like this is the first question you should ask before putting someone on a prescription. The ease of use and price is very good, however I find myself wanting to see a psychiatrist in person so that I could better learn about my condition
