The provider, Kim, was wonderful. The rest of the service is a scam. They never put through my prior authorization for the medication, even though I left online and phone messages every other day. They just kept telling me that I should pay for my controlled stimulant without my insurance, even though that is illegal in my state. I've gone two weeks without medication, but they definitely took my money.

I'm literally writing this review with tears 😢 my eyes because of how tired I am of living this way and it seems like I will be stuck living every day in misery forcing myself thru the day not even caring to care for myself it's come to the point where I literally wait until I can't go another day without showing before other will notice I smell that's when I will finally take a shower I understand people who are reading this who doesn't or never had depression won't understand and is probably discussed by reading this and I really am sorry if you are one of those people I won't wish for you to get depression so that way you can have a different outlook because I swear I would not wish anyone to go thru having depression it's literally like someone who is evil has full control over your mind and body and no matter what they will not allow you to be happy and live your life normal that is exactly what having depression is and you would think that seeking treatment will be a breeze especially with today and all of the advancements and upgrades today's world has to offer but sadly the mental health department has been restricted and neglected by having those wonderful upgrades and unfortunately if you don't have medical insurance or a lot of money I'm so sorry to say but you are fu**** from being released from depression and even with money and insurance if you aren't able to get up and fight to get treatment unfortunately your money and insurance will not be much help unfortunately earlier I mentioned that I wait until I smell just to forcible go and wash my body do you really think I am going to go and fight to get treatment until depression has got the best of me and I understand that is totally my fault I should be able to over strong it but I guess I am a p*ssy so when I came across cerebral honestly seemed to go to even be true no insurance no problem low monthly fee get treatment with medication and weekly counseling all that would usually cost well over $500 per month I believe they were offering all of the treatment for less then $150 and the biggest benefit you would never need to leave your home for someone like me who is so deep in depression that caring for themselves is a major issue the reason I keep mentioning that it's hard to care for myself is because depression has different levels there's very mild levels of depression and then there's the more intense levels of depression and usually when you get to the point that basic hygiene is a struggle that's usually a indicator that your depression is pretty bad and I just want to make that clear so people can hopefully understand my angle so getting back to my review as soon as I saw that I wouldn't have to leave home to get treatment that's what really sold me on this and I believe others who are going thru what I am going thru because a person who doesn't care to do basic hygiene for them self to you really think that person will go outside in public and seek out treatment sure it probably has happened but I can guarantee that those who did get the strength to do that it probably was so hard for them and I got to hand it to whomever has done that because I can imagine how difficult it may have been for them so since I don't have insurance or much money and I didn't have to go outside if this was really true then this is my key to be freed from this hell that I've been stuck in and I honestly didn't have much believe that this site was really delivering what they promised but I thought to myself let's 99% chance this site is full of and they are taking advantage of very sick people just for their financial gain and there may be a 1% chance that this site was real and they really will help me I figured even though the odds were very slim I figured that since there was a 1% chance that means that there's a chance that this site can help me live again they can help me get out of bed in the morning they can help me care enough about myself to take a shower they can help me get out of this dark quiet lonely room I've bounded myself in so I signed up and spoke with a doctor that wasn't easy to tell this complete stranger all of these embarrassing struggles but I did it I let them know that I have had really great success with a certain depression medication and since a young girl that was in and out of mental hospital I've had my fair share of different medications and I expressed that as far as medications goes I wasn't really willing to experiment with any other types because there's no need to the medication I was suggesting I had no side effects I didn't feel controlled like a zombie and she told me that she didn't think so because I needed help in person and she'll get back to me as soon as she told me that I was let down and all hopes flew out the window I never mentioned anything about hurting myself or others never mentioned anything about hearing voices or seeing things

Cookie cutter care. They are not interested in really helping you at all. They just want to keep you on the plan, so they can bill you every month. Good luck trying to cancel.

WORST customer service ever. I joined & made an appt & took time off from work, only to have Cerebral cancel my appt due to ‘unforeseeable circumstances’ that started a chain of mishaps as I couldn’t reach anyone by phone (the outgoing message just kept looping and replaying) I messaged my care coordinator and it took hrs and days to hear back. It’s like no one took the time to read my concerns and it felt like i was getting automated responses. Such a disappointment, I would NEVER recommend thus service, or actually lack of service and really poor customer service.

SCAM!! The other reviews are true. I signed up and set up my first appointment, my prescriber missed my appointment and rescheduled for two weeks later. They of course missed again and then asked me to reschedule to the following month so they can bill for another month. Stay away, the good reviews are all alike, almost like they’re written by the company..

So my prescriber was very nice, and I enjoyed my first meeting with her, and was excited since when I signed up, it specifically said my insurance was in-network, which would make this actually affordable for me. Shortly before my appointment, I was notified that my insurance was NOT approved (even though on my profile it still said in-network...), and told I would be charged about quadruple the price. So now I have had a single meeting, a bill to pay, and this review to write all because I was informed upon filling out my insurance information that it would cover this program...and it...apparently does not? Makes no sense to me, and when I asked for clarification, my ticket was just closed.

when i first signed up with them everything was seemingly fine. i reached out for help after being awake 4 days. i needed sleep. i got diagnosed with severe anxiety, depression and insomnia. ok great i get this medication prescribed and they send it out. the pharmacy that mails it sends a "partial" due to it being shipped. they come with 30 in a bottle. i was recomended to take 2 tablets a day as needed to help with anxiety and or insomnia. i am currently almost out of the second refil wich arrived on march 26, i messaged into them to let them know i am in need of a refil as i will be out this sunday.. the 10th. if you do the math. 30 pills. 2 a day. thats 15 doses.. that would be exactly when i said. instead i am being told its too soon i dont need a refil. at this point i am still fighting insomnia taking this medication thats not really helping at all. have not been able to get in touch with my care councelor because last time it was bugged and we could not connect. the prescriber was nice at first although a bit judgemental imo. when i said i am not a social person she told me i HAVE to go out and meet new people. i do not need to or want to do anything of the sort. i do not like people i have enough people in my life that all work with my comfort zone understanding that i have social anxiety. i have just emailed them to try to cancel the service. will update further once i hear back from them
