So much better than betterhelp
So much better than betterhelp. Counseling is better here, higher quality. I've had two different therapists that were great at cerebral, and two therapists that were not as good at betterhelp. At better help I had therapists cancel on me and it was hard to get a refund. At cerebral they make everything easy and they show up! only drawback is that if you go out of state for a vacation you can't talk to your therapist while you're out of state. Better help has gotten around that somehow, which I love.

So easy and helpful!
It has been so easy to connect with my cerebral care team whenever I need it. I was always hesitant to contact a therapist because it’s just hard to take that step, plus the time and expense can be overwhelming. With cerebral it was quick and easy to get the medication I needed to help with my anxiety. No traveling to appointments, and the monthly fee has been totally worth it for my peace of mind. The care team is phenomenal, I really enjoy talking to them, so it doesn’t feel like going to a doctor or therapist which can be anxiety inducing in itself. This is a fantastic option to get the help you need at a lower cost!

Cerebral is helping me become the best version of myself
We all know how important it is to build a relationship with someone who understands you, and it's a huge plus to be able to choose the person who aligns with your values and areas you need help in. My Cerebral therapist asks great questions, has given me really valuable exercises to work through, and is holding me accountable week to week to make sure I am making progress and feeling better. I am also meeting with a prescriber, who has been a huge help in finding the right medication to help balance me out overall. I assess myself on a monthly basis and have seen a huge decrease in my anxiety and depression overall. Postpartum life has been hard for me, and thanks to Cerebral, I'm prioritizing myself so I can be the best version of myself for my family.

Cerebral is great for a busy life
Cerebral is great for a busy life! I've been with Cerebral for over a year, and have easily transitioned from Medication to the combo Therapy and medication plan depending on how my needs evolve. I really enjoy the app and my care team and have recommended it to many friends!

Supportive Team
I have been with Cerebral over a Year and My Counselor and Prescriber are two of the most genuinely caring people I have ever met.I feel like I am heard and We work together.The app can be a bit frustrating to use and Customer service isn’t always very helpful but it You find the right counselor and Prescriber it is worth it. I would recommend changing counselors and/or prescribers if You are uncomfortable with Your current Team.
