Profits over people- this is essentially a brokerage that connects mental health patients to nurse practitioners (not doctors, which I didn’t find out until 3 months in) who loosely prescribe meds and do very little to follow up. Customer service is frustrating and there is no way to call up your mental health provider. Prescriptions were not refilled and I was left hanging several times without getting the medication I needed. Really a terrible business my advice is to avoid at all costs.

My provider was great Sarah McGill I love her she is truly amazing with a HUGE heart and I’m literally still crying that I can’t see her again. Cerebral kicked me out because I was too embarrassed to tell my provider in the beginning that I was seen at a methadone clinic because I was afraid of judgment and unfortunately that’s what I got. The sad part is I am there because I have Osteogenisis Imperfecta and have had a ton of broken bones and surgeries so being on constant pain medication made my body dependent and I started to feel sick without it and I wanted that to stop I wanted to get better. I have never even seen Heroin or coke or and other drug except for weed one time when I was a teenager I have NEver had a positive drug screen and I don’t drink alcohol ever I’m just a normal mom with 4 kids going through more than anyone should ever have to go through alone. All I want to do is make myself better so I can be a strong mom for my 4 girls. After the medicine was able to help me calm down and have a normal appointment and and felt comfortable on our 3 rd appointment I made a full disclosure probably also because by that appointment I was calm and could talk about my story. The first 2 appointments I had I was literally in the middle of a panic attack and it was seriously the last thing on my mind. Nonetheless, they kicked me out. I was finally making progress and getting my life back I actually woke up feeling happy for the first time in like 5 years and now I feel hopeless again and depressed and I feel like giving up on everything. Having a panic attack literally feels like an actual doctor is telling to say your good byes u have about 5 minutes and ur dying and then when it’s over it’s like the doctors says to you “Oh I’m sorry wrong patient your fine!!” I needed help and once again I got judged and turned away. If I were u I would find another company. Even though Sarah was truly amazing.

DO NOT give this company any business! They are scamming their clients. I usually do my research. I made a mistake and trusted this company to provide the services as agreed. Instead my appointments were CONSTANTLY cancelled. I even received a ridiculous email stating I REQUESTED a cancellation when the email CLEARLY reads that I was wanting to proceed. I was unhappy at first and wanted to cancel. They will send an email asking you to give another date for an appointment that they will again CANCEL. They also deducted funds from me and they are REFUSING to give it back. NO SERVICES WERE RENDERED. All of my appointments were CANCELLED. Do not allow yourself to get scammed by this company. Find the help you need by going to a trusted source.

I called and left a voicemail telling them I'm cancelling in Jan, I've cancelled the service per their directions (email and wait - no response) on March 1, I've cancelled my debit card, I've asked the bank to block them.. yet they are still taking money out of my account. I haven't had an appointment since December. You're sending medication that I already receive and were expressly told not to send. Just charged again tonight another $85!! 4/25 What is this this chuckwagon BS?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical provider. Extremely unprofessional and when I asked questions related to my prescription they wouldn’t answer. This caused greater anxiety around if I would be able to get my prescription before I ran out. Do not use them!

Cerebral scammed me and won off with my money. I was told I would pay $40 for the first month and be able to get an appointment to hopefully try adhd meds. Instead, I was unable to get an appointment until 2 days short of a month later. By then I would have to be billed AGAIN for their “service”. So I paid $40 “for my first month!” for nothing. What’s even better is they won’t refund me even though I emailed them not even an hour after signing up. You can see if any appointments are available until after they take your money. STEER CLEAR. I am left feeling scammed and defeated and more frustrated and depressed than I already was. Cerebral gave me yet another reason to quit trying. Edit: to your reply back to me, Cerebral, there’s no point to contact you “for additional support”. I’ve spoken with many of your representatives and they’ve told me they cannot “deviate from the policy” and will not give me a full refund. Therefore there is no point and I have no further desire to speak with anyone from your scamming company. You’ve done the absolute opposite of offer support, from the moment you took my money. Never have I done business with a company who takes your money and gives nothing in return. SCAM. And another thing before I forget, if you don’t uncheck the box upon signing up, Cerebral WILL sell your information. Another reason they are an untrustworthy, money hungry scamming company. They don’t care about helping people. Period.

I paid the extra money to get counseling and meds. That was two weeks ago. I have had ONE counseling session and still no meds to speak of, I’ve seen ONE prescribing physician who basically said she couldn’t help me and there’s only one on service prescriber who can, who still hasn’t gotten back to me. I’ve been in and out of the mental health system for most of my life- honestly, counseling isn’t really what I need, there isn’t a whole lot of things that are RELEVANT to me that I haven’t already come across, I just wanted the extra support while I adjust to new meds- that I still don’t have and appear to be no closer to getting. I have been in crisis for several months, partially because I am so poor that $80/mo might as well be $800 for how hard it is for me to come up with that much free cash. And I spent it on a service that has yet to help me. So basically, it’s been a COMPLETE waste of money so far. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

If you get the plan where you are paying $325 a month, yes you will get a counselor and medication. If you decide the $85 a month plan is more affordable, you will struggle to get a meeting with your prescriber. Many times your scheduled meetings are missed entirely. Usually they are late. You will NOT get any counseling. Last prescription I had no medications at all for a week. One is an antidepressant and supposedly this is dangerous. I guess they do not care about that. They fill it whenever that feel like it. Good thing suicide is not in my history. So if you would like to have $85 a month withdrawn from you account each month for basically the privilege of having a prescription sometimes given, knock yourself out. Get a REAL counselor and do not waste your time and money on this app thing.
