Answer some questions, narrow your search, get good results
It was good to be able to answer a brief questionnaire and find a selection of therapists - if I'm going to be letting someone into my head, I need to at least be comfortable that they'll understand my lived experience, and not everyone, regardless of expertise, can do that.

So far the first time using cerebral…
So far the first time using cerebral has been great. My provider was amazing and really easy to talk to and really knowledgeable in the mental health field.

Therapist and prescriber are very…
Therapist and prescriber are very helpful and incredibly caring. Mail out pharmacy services are a joke. I ran out of medications because for some reason they couldn't be troubled to mail my prescription. Now I am scrambling to get this so I don't continue experiencing withdrawal symptoms. Do better, CerebralRx.

Cerebral really helped me when I was in…
Cerebral really helped me when I was in a tight spot looking for a psychiatrist. They always make sure I don’t run out of my medication and my psychiatrist constantly recommends things to help me move forward with therapy and my mental health journey

There are some people that work for…
There are some people that work for them ,that are so sweet and heaven sent they really care. Cause I’m going through a lot , but I feel I’m in the right place and with the right provider. And there are some that are just there for their paycheck, you will know when u get with the right person. God will let u know. But overall I think it’s a good place, and convenient u don’t have to deal with the public and that’s the best part if u have anxiety like I do. I like that I don’t have to . Go anywhere but home. But I would recommend them to anyone.

Convenient and Somewhat Affordable
The app connects me with a Therapist and a Prescriber. Both of which are responsive and easy to talk to. That kind of convenience makes the process of therapy less intimidating. There are only two complaints I have with the service: 1) I wish I could have, at times, longer sessions with the therapist without having to schedule back to back sessions. 2) although the service supports a lot of kinds of insurance, it does not take all of them (including my own). I do think this service is worth while if you are in need of therapy. In person sessions might be more helpful but I can’t say.

Cerebral is a great option!
Cerebral is a great option for those who don’t want to drive all over to find a provider. I had issues with the app when I first signed up, but the support team was able to get that resolved. If you don’t click with your provider-find a new one! I cycled thru a couple before I found Robyn, who is absolutely AMAZING. I love that you can schedule an appointment immediately when you need help NOW. I’ve been very pleased with this service and getting some medication worked out. Getting the right types and doses takes time, and not having to wait 6 months between appointments or drive all over makes it to nice.
