Easy access
I love that I can have access to getting help for my mental health online. I’ve struggled with my mental health since I was a teenager. I’ve been to so many doctors but only since I have been using cerebral do I finally feel like I’m being heard! It’s very easy and convenient. I recommend it to all of my friends.

I started going back for some help a…
I started going back for some help a couple months ago. The best thing I did. I don't like to leave the house much so the virtual is perfect for me and my schedule. Only drawback is they don't accept my insurance. Other than that I'm very happy I made the decision to go back

Had severe depression
Had severe depression. My therapist is empathetic & professional. I continue to make progress. Quickly realized my progress is up to me. My therapist has given me lots of tools to make progress. I am so thankful for Cerebral & him!

If you're thinking about it, just give it a shot
I've tried Cerebral a couple times over the years and either couldn't afford to keep paying for it or just gave up, but at the beginning of last year I started using it again and I've found so many things out about myself and what helps or doesn't help. I found medications that really work for me. My partner has also been using Cerebral and they love it. I'm very comfortable with my care team and really feel like my prescriber cares about me as a person which gives me motivation to keep getting better.
