ABSOLUTELY DO NOT UTILIZE CEREBRAL!! If you are on any type of medication that could potentially give you withdrawal effects, do not use this. Cerebral likes to mail your meds and have them take a whole month for them to get to you after you needed them. I went into withdrawal because of this company. When I canceled my subscription, they decided to keep charging me anyway. DO. NOT. TRUST. THIS. COMPANY.

THUMBS DOWN!!! I give a no go!!!! Was on diazepam 10mg twice a day for 7 years. Had doctor referral and the Cerebral doctor made me feel like a pill junkie. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. My opinion.!

My prescriber told me she didn’t believe in ADD, and instead of reinstating a previous script I had, she told me I needed some random blood pressure medication, but couldn’t explain to me why it would work for me. She said she wouldn’t give me ADD meds unless I also take this other medication. Wasn’t interested in discussing alternatives and told me she doesn’t believe in ADD, she just thinks ADD is PTSD. She told me my current depression and anxiety meds don’t work for me, but they do. Didn’t listen, didn’t care, talked at me the whole time and kept making assertions about me that weren’t true. Basically I felt like she was a psychic trying to cold read me to sell me some random other medication. I was feeling so relieved about this option for ADD meds and mental health care, but I’m not looking forward to meeting my counselor now.

Please do not trust in a perfect flawless cerebral advertisement that disclaimer is very easy about the plans! Not definitely truth! Hidden the exact information Dont f*** waste a money with the first assessment online please check all thw condition about payment! Is a important!

Terrible app experience. Realized I was not properly being prompted to schedule a monthly call with my care counselor. Was given a link to manually schedule, asked if it was being fixed informed it was. Went to schedule, no calendar availability for an entire year? Sent me a link to schedule with a new counselor, link has an error. At this point i’m paying $100 a month to just be prescribed medicine that Im also paying for.

My care team last month fully did not do their jobs and that lead to me having a week long interruption with my medication. They don’t work Friday-Sunday and no one else at cerebral would help me and proceeded to gaslight me via email for days. They caused great harm to my mental health. Hopefully they fix this issue this month.

Most of these reviews are very clearly written by the business or someone being paid to. You’ll notice any review that uses language everyday people use is almost always the users first visit/experience. After nearly a year with cerebral, it has been nothing but headache after headache after headache. The staff has such a high rate of turnover that no one is ever trained properly and no one communicates with one another, expect them to know your medical and mental health needs? Forget it. You can also forget ever getting ahold of anyone when they inevitably screw up, and you are issued with a bill for absolutely nothing because nothing has been accomplished. I’ve been bounced around from care counselor and provider/prescriber 5 times in 7 months. They have no regard for your mental health either- if you’re in crisis? Oh well. Medication refill coming up and your provider can’t see you or rescheduled your appointment or better yet CANCELED your appointment causing a lapse in your mental health care and medication management? That sounds like a you problem. Here’s a bot to tell you how to use the app to make a new appt. Also not their problem if you take medication you that cannot miss a dose. Even though you show up, pay your fees, and schedule appropriately. Threaten legal action? Account magically vanishes. But you know what doesn’t vanish? The constant communication asking you to pay for charges that were unauthorized. But you can’t get anyone on the phone if there is a problem with your bill- these people do not care about your mental health. It’s more stress navigating the negligent practices of Cerebral than before you started treatment. Avoid at all costs.

What a waste of time and money. Got an hour to spend onboarding? When that's done, you pay for Cerebral up front and have no idea if you'll be prescribed medication or how long it will take to meet with a provider. Low intro teaser pricing that balloons into a much higher price structure in 30 days. When you are finally able to get a provider appointment, good luck using their Doxy videoconferencing. I had technical difficulties using it on 3 different browsers, in 2 appointments. I repeatedly tried to join the call. The provider knew I was trying to join but reported me a no-show to the call. Then you see that the provider isn't available to meet again for 2 weeks! I just paid up front, you give me crappy technology for a videoconference that doesn't work, and I can't even see a doctor for 2 more weeks? Try letting customer service know about your technical difficulties and they respond with automated emails. Does that sound like a great experience? Want to cancel online or through the app? Sorry. You have to call them to discover the email address which is the only way to cancel.
