This place is a complete scam. I was with them for 5 months trying to get my adhd diagnosis and had the most ridiculous experience. I was assigned to several (6 to be exact) with a couple months time due to the care coordinators inability to schedule me with a prescriber who was IN my area and able to get me the meds I need. In between each appt I wasted weeks in between after not getting the help I needed with each prescriber. I would wait 2 or 3 weeks for an appt just for the prescriber to meet with me for 5 minutes to tell me they couldn’t help me. Then was scheduled with new prescriber and same thing. One canceled on me twice last minute (literally 5 minutes before the appt) another had football playing in the background, misdiagnosed me with Bipolar disorder after 5 minutes and had some woman lingering over his shoulder while asking very personal and private questions. This was my first experience with a provider!!I was patient and kind with them until I just couldn’t take anymore. I canceled immediately after throwing $325 away every month for their “services.” I hope this place goes under.

The prescriber only gave me 5 mg 15 days of medication even though he said he was going to prescribe 30 days. I was on 30 mg for 30 days! He also never called me the next day like he said he would.

If you need mental health care services, look elsewhere. The idea is great - their actual customer service is terrible, especially for mental health care. On top of that, the actual “counselors” and “practitioners” seem as knowledgeable as I am on the subject of anxiety and medication. In fact, during several sessions, they had to look up information about the medication they were about to prescribe to me. Not exactly the way to instill confidence. I haven’t had access to my medication in 5 days and I continue trying to call them and get in contact with their care counselors and no one responds. Let’s not even begin to describe how dangerous it is to get off of medication cold turkey that way, but since they don’t respond to me or my pharmacy, I have had no choice. It’s been awful. Go elsewhere. You’ll be happy to avoid them.

Cerebral sets two appointments for me. Prescriber misses or sends a non recorded link instead. Finally just deal and do prescriber meeting. Lies blatantly to me and then doesn’t make the change he said he would make after getting caught in a lie.

Sent me different meds than what the said they were going too still have not gotten a hold of the person l need to to find out why and if that was correct or did l get some one else's medication??? Nvr can get a straight answer from my team they gave me and appointments are pushed out any where from a month 2 two months out and my counselor quit or got fired so l lost a whole session! Definitely a waist of my hard earn money!

Where do I even start. My first provider appt I waited 45 minutes for no one to show up. My second provider appt they were 25 late and though I loved her and that made you for it…she typed no clinical notes in my chart for any other providers to see. Tried scheduling with a provider and was sent a link that “did not exist”. Instead it said “did you mean…” And gave me not ONE but THREE different provider links. All of which obviously didn’t log on because they did not have an appt. So I waited 45 minutes bouncing between three different links. Sending several emails to support expressing they sent me a video link that didn’t work and that I was worried I’d miss the appt due to said link not existing. The response back was “sorry for the inconvenience looks like the soonest appt we can get you is 4:15” AKA the appt that was already OVER. What is up with the site?! I did this for convenience as I’m a mom of 3. Abs instead I’ve paid $30+ to jump through hoops and stress even more. I will be reaching out for my money back. As this is supposed to provide help for mental health yet it’s made mine worse.

Although the therapists are wonderful the platform and backend customer service is a disaster. They could not get the app to correctly show payments that were made and everytime i opened the app i had a task telling me to pay a bill that was already paid. They also could not correctly apply my primary and secondary health coverage which led to me being misinformed by personnel about the monthly cost. I have a tight budget and depended on accurate information, which I did not receive. Scheduling was also problematic since you can only schedule one appointment at a time, meaning the time slot with the therapist was not available in following weeks, leaving me scrambling trying to work in and around limited time slots. Again stressful and not a seamless or helpful therapy solution. Although the concept is great the reality is horrible and added to my stress, which I did not need. I canceled after 1 week because of all of the above problems which completely eclipsed any benefit the therapists/therapy would have provided.

Awful service. They don’t care about how your insurance is filed, and won’t do it until a few months into the service. Then surprise, now you owe hundreds for the past few appointments. Once you’ve realized that, if you cancel, a few months later, you’ll get more surprise bills. Should you try and ask for a refund, they say to contact your insurance. Even if you have. Even if you said you did, doesn’t matter. They’ll charge you anyway bc they don’t actually care about mental health, they only care about capitalizing on the mental health industry.
