scored 5/6 [severe] on the adhd assessment but told they won't prescribe adderall because they've changed their policy. really? the reason i took the test and joined was because all the ads talked about getting the help i need because i haven't been able to get it anywhere else. also, the cheapest level doesn't include therapy but i'm assigned a counselor??w+f?? therapy should be part of any mental health package but because i can't afford it i'm again left to fend for myself with no help from professionals.... thanks for nothing

They kept cancelling my appointments not even 2 hours before they were meant to occur. They also refused to refund a month I was charged for even AFTER I cancelled. I've gone round and round with them without receiving a single answer about why I was charged and why I don't have access if they aren't willing to refund me. An absolute rip-off

TERRIBLE service. DO NOT USE. I would give -0- stars if possible. They do not have a mental health provider on my insurance - so I couldn't on-board - yet they charged my credit card TWICE - and I have never been able to speak to a provider. SCAM.

If I could give Cerebral 0 stars, I would. My entire experience with them has been atrocious. First, they will advertise that they have hundreds of therapists in network for you to choose from, and that they will match your preferences (such as gender, religious affiliation, age, etc). After providing my insurance information (which is a major insurance network, accepted in most medical settings) I was told that there were only TWO options to choose from, and neither of them met any of my preference requests. The first therapist I met with ended up cancelling my appointments with little to no notice several weeks in a row, and the second therapist would assign a specific day/time and if that didn't work for you, then you're SOL, there was no option to request a different day/time than the one he assigned. I wish I could say that being prescribed medication was a better experience, but unfortunately it was not. I was assured that refills would occur automatically, that I would not have to constantly remind them to call it in. This was not the case and I frequently ran out of my meds because they would not respond to my request for several days. On more than one occasion, they would switch who my prescriber was with no notice, and I would then have to wait several weeks to see them before they would refill my meds (leaving me without medication in the meantime). When I expressed concerns about how frustrating it was to be without the medication I needed to live a normal life, I was met with nothing but nonchalance and dismissive messages, basically stating "we're sorry you feel that way". This company does not care about the mental health or wellbeing of their patients, and should be avoided at all costs.

I had no problem with this service at first because seeing a psychiatrist takes about 3-6 months in my city. But recently my prescriber is apparently on vacation and I am out of the medication I have been taking for 6 months. They are saying they will let me know when they get another prescriber to send in my medication but nothing has happened. The side effects of withdrawing my meds are causing headaches, flu-like symptoms, and so much anxiety. As a mental health service should know these meds have withdrawal effects and should be on top of this. And I asked weeks in advance, not last minute so I do not know what is taking so long. Very irresponsible and obvious I am just seen as a paycheck to them and nothing more. I would advise against using them if you can.

Do not sign up for this service! The therapist was great, but the prescriber just treats you like a task. I went to cancel my subscription after finding out halfway through the first month that they didn't accept my insurance and the price was more than what you would pay for insurance. Then, I had issues with my prescriptions being filled and it was difficult to communicate with my care coordinator and scheduling with the prescriber. Finally, I decided to cancel (a couple of days after they billed me) and they immediately cancelled all of my appointments and prescriptions. I asked for a partial refund or at least to be able to finish out the month and they refused.

I have been trying to get in contact with my care coordinator to switch my pharmacy and it has been 4 days and I am still waiting.

SCAM! I HAVE HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH CEREBRAL. I SENT AN EMAIL ON 4/27 REQUESTING CANCELLATION BEFORE I WAS SET TO RENEW ON 5/10. I RECEIVED MULTIPLE CONFIRMATION EMAILS FROM THEM ON 4/28 AND 4/29 SAYING MY ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED. BUT TODAY 5/11, I WAS CHARGED AGAIN. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM.
