My therapist has been wonderful, the prescriber side of things not so much. Issues with a prescribed quitting, right after starting a new antidepressant. Then the new prescriber couldn’t fix the prescription for insurance to cover it, had a difficult time communicating with my prescriber and coordinator. My prescriber then no-showed our latest appointment. Horrible service and will be filing a complaint further.

I've repeatedly contacted them to cancel but they continue to bill. It's a billing scam.

Providers are great but therapist availability is horrible and support is awful. Customer service will also not refund your money after you get scammed out of service that you paid for, so have fun with that dispute with your credit card

Not good!! My anxiety prevents me from doing everyday tasks that seem easy to the properly working mind, but in my case taking the first steps to making an appt was a process and I was proud to have finally taken that step. I met with a prescription provider who was nice but seemed somewhat scripted and non emote, and she highly recommended weekly therapy..I was happy to finally be on the path to help and then this morning my specifically chosen therapist cancels our 8 am appt and the message I get states this person is not accepting new patients…If that was the case why would the service allow me to choose him, why wait till right before the appt to cancel and not consider the effects this would have on someone struggling with and seeking mental help…I have been battling the anxiety and thoughts leading up to this virtual visit only to be thrown to the side as if I am not seeking HELP! I was given the option to choose a new provider (only 1 option avail) who does not specialize in any of the areas I am seeking help in…I don’t get it…and was really hoping this was the new beginning I desperately needed…not so much…back to trying to figure it out alone…

I have been with Cerebral for about 3 months. I was pleased with my Provider. Then when I switched from self pay to insurance, they changed my provider. She didn't show up for our 1st visit. Rescheduled our second attempt twice. She then told me she was not cleared to refill my zolpidem. Then i received an email saying Cerebral would no longer prescribe it. No warning! No alternative med! Nothing! Existing patients have until Oct 15 to continue to get their controlled substance and at least get tapered off. I am at risk of going into withdrawal. No one answers my messages and I am scared.

Terrible. Its a scam. Don’t waste your money or time with these scammers.

I was able to have two appointments in my first month with cerebral and get the medication I needed. Update 1/30/26 : As this may have been true and at the time I thought this was amazing, I now feel like it was much too easy to get a controlled substance and while I 100% agree with the decision to take away the therapists ability to prescribe, I was left hooked on amphetamines and this led to a year long addiction to meth. I am lucky that it only lasted a year and I've been clean for 3 years now but it still was not okay that I was cut off from a medication that was helping me, only to wind up addicted to another harder substance and I'm SURE I'm not the only.

I’ve had a horrible experience scheduling, getting timely responses, or in contact with anyone in general. I’ve been waitlisted for a therapist for two months now. My prescriber was 20 minutes late to my phone appointment and then was rude. She miswrote my prescription to my pharmacy saying I have 0 refills of my medication but put into the app I have 2 and now I cannot get ahold of anyone to contact my pharmacy so I can get my medication refilled before I run out. And I it’s not recommended to stop my medication abruptly. Disappointed for sure.
