I’m glad I reached out for help
I love the convenience of being able to meet my provider and care counselor. I feel like they really listen and truly want to help me get better.

Love the service provided
Love the service provided, makes it easy to seek help. Only thing I wish was that my insurance would cover the monthly fees.

Not for everybody
This service really wasn’t for me. I had a bad experience with my provider and medication management but my counselor was great. Depending on your needs this could be just what you’re looking for. After voicing my concerns about the problems I had, a rep did follow up with me and make an earnest effort to help me feel better about them.

Great people, slow shipping
Everything has been good so far. I like everyone I’ve spoken with and it has all been easy and convenient. My only reason for taking away a star is because the meds said 3-5 days for shipping and it took 3 weeks!

Great platform and service, but costly
Overall, Cerebral is a great platform and service. The staff are all top-notch! My issues are mainly the cost. It is incredibly expensive and unsustainable and will need to cancel it this next billing period. My second issue is the 30 day supply of medication. As someone suffering from anxiety, coming close to running out of medication each month doesn't help and larger prescriptions would be beneficial. Additionally, while the medication packaging looks nice, it's incredibly wasteful.

Expensive
Great for borderline emergency care and treatment, otherwise it is quite expensive for on going routine and preventative treatments I will be going through insurance.

Only problem
Only problem, was price, it was a little expensive without insurance being filed.
