They prescribed to my 17 year old. Of course it states on their web site they don’t but they did. No over seeing by a dr. For someone who never had taken an antidepressant that was dangerous(that’s why there is black box warnings on them). With no way to deal with the side effects happening to you, if you can’t tell what’s going on, and can’t reach anyone from this business. Suicidal thoughts turned into suicide! A nurse practitioner with a prescription pad isn’t a replacement for any type of mental care. Upload id, yep a minor ok, here’s a prescription now come what may. They got their money,Laurie Ferrer supposedly over seen by dr. Michael Boggs, all their across the country prescribing to other states, no one can reach anyone and leave a minor to fend for themselves to know the side effects going on, happening to them, oh yeh yeh the hotline you all have on the web site will surely save you any anguish you feel or would think about, for contributing to deaths because of your careless practices.

I swapped my plan from the therapy one to the counseling on May 17. My account was charged $325 on May 11. I have asked about some sort of a refund three times. I stopped receiving the benefits of the therapy plan the moment I swapped, even though I already paid $325. Because of this, I should receive a refund for the difference, or I should be receiving the full benefits of the therapy plan until the end of this pay period. I have not received any response about the refund and have canceled my account. I tried one of the therapists for two sessions, and a counselor for one. The therapist was eager and enthusiastic but admitted to me on the first session that she was still in training... The second session was very aimless with no direction to the conversation. In my experience, it is part of the therapist's responsibility to guide the conversation. This is not what I was expecting for the price so I swapped to the lesser plan with a councelor. I met with the counselor this morning and it was terrible. We sat in silence multiple times, and I could tell she was doing something else on her computer the whole time. There was not prompting or direction to the conversation and then she abruptly said our tine was up after 30 minutes of this. The only positive experience I have had was with the prescriber. She was awesome and got me on a medication that has helped me a lot.

I’m extremely disappointed in Cerebral. It was decent at first, I could schedule an appointment on their app there there was decent availability and their therapists help me get on meds and a good sleep schedule. Since then it’s been impossible to schedule appointments, there isn’t availability for months, I am being billed for meds I have not received and therapy sessions I have not had, I can’t get anyone on the phone and they just keep billing me for nothing.

This is a scam. They get to the sign up and promise to help you. Take your money. Then when you see the prescriber she told me that counselor would take care of it. The next day I seen that counselor she said the prescriber would take care of it. So don't waste your money.

Beware. You have to register and pay $30 BEFORE you start services. Half way through the questionnaire I was determined to be ineligible. They only refund $9.00. That is unfair. I never spoke with anyone, or had an appointment. Never even finished the application process.

I’ve been using Cerebral for years, but lately they have been terrible. Twice in the last year they made mistakes with my medications which caused me to go into withdrawal. I nearly lost my job because I had to call out within my first 90 days due to their negligence. Both times I made them aware that I was running dangerously low on meds and that I needed them called into a local pharmacy. Both times they mailed me meds instead, despite me telling them that I needed my meds immediately. Both times I gave them DAYS notice, more than enough time for meds to be called in, but I can never get in touch with anyone. It takes them a ridiculously long time to get in touch with someone via the app and it’s impossible to get someone on the phone. Additionally, they have changed my therapist without my consent 3 times within the last 6 months. Their service is horrible and I will never use them again.

I hope they read this. MY experience with cerebral has been fine. My husbands experience is horrible and I cannot wait to replace this service and cancel it. So his initial meetings with the doctors are great, its the staff at CEREBRAL who are completely incompetent, no wonder they are having so many legal issues right now and making drastic changes to their policy. So, this last time, his prescriber acknowledges that hes doing great on his prescription, just follow up in 90 days, but let him know when its almost 30 days so he can write a refill in the meantime. well we did that, and what do the people at cerebral do? They wont tell the dr (even though that is what the dr told us to do) they want him to schedule another appointment, probably so they can bill my insurance again, before he can get a refill on his script. What a joke, and what a way to make your customers realize what its all about for you! Stay away. Call someone else to help you there are many options out there.

Terrible experience start to finish. Inability to continue a prescription from a previous provider. Rescheduled multiple times with no warning. Tried to prescribe an off label use drug with no prior history of that being effective. No support when trying to cancel my membership. Scam all around. Avoid this “service”.
