Great for Folks in Small Towns and Rural Areas
Living in a small town in New England, it's impossible to find good mental healthcare. I grew up in NYC and then lived in a large Midwestern City with a huge university hospital system where my care was expertly managed. Moving here the ONLY thing I was worried about was how my mental health would fare. Cerebral allows me to get my meds, check in with a practitioner and receive the support I need. Local options for mental health simply don't exist and I'd be lost without Cerebral. I appreciate the ease of scheduling, the consistency of practitioners (no one has been late or missed an appointment) and the fact that my Rx shows up on time without any issues. When I developed some sleeping issues I was able to weigh the options of adding something very light to help.

I was easily matched with a provider in my state and she was wonderful! She was a great listener and took the time to understand my specific situation and needs. As a traveling nurse I am so glad this service is available.

I had a good session with Dr
I had a good session with Dr. Fan. He was very helpful. Talked about how to figure out what the best solution was for me. I am glad I spoke to him so now I know what my treatment plan is.

Using over a year
I know with these rating systems, if it’s not a 5 stars it’s viewed as a 0. I like cerebral. My insurance actually pays for doctor on demand. 0 copay on my visits with them, but I just prefer cerebral. It’s always been easy to get in contact with someone if I had issues. If I need refills to hold me over to my next appointment, I contact them. Often, they contact me and ask me themselves. It’s a little pricey, but no more than all the other services. it suits my needs. I don’t have to leave my house (I’m always busy with work) I’m not sure how anyone can really have an issue with them. I’ve had providers changed on me a few times, but it always seems to be a pretty smooth transition. I’m now back to my original provider, Paige Westmoreland. she’s pretty cool and friendly. Been using it for over a year now.

Great Experience
Dr. Taboh is great! I had such a good experience talking with her. She’s very professional. I felt very comfortable opening up to her about my anxiety and depression. My overall experience with Cerebral has been wonderful so far. I would recommend to friends and family.
