Care provider was outstanding. There were technical issues beyond his control that prevent a five star. Otherwise I love the service.

I am concerned that they do not answer you in a timely manner. Considering that it’s a mental health clientele base; it seems that they would take messages and emails and phone calls extremely serious. I am not concerned with the price and with following their guidelines recommended if it helps my son: but when they are not answering or responding and we are paying their fees, then I am concerned about their honest intentions with helping their patients.

I am new to the program (30 days) and am still a little confused about the role differentiation between the Counselor and Care Team. When meeting with my Counselor the 1st time, all was good and my meds were submitted to local Pharmacy for 1 med, and shipped by you for the second med. Now it is time for renewal of my prescription from local Pharmacy and shipping of the other from you directly. In the mean time, I was contacted by my Care Team and an initial call scheduled for 45 days after my initial sign-up. The main question I have- who is responsible for submitting the renewal to my Pharmacy at day 30, for renewal? I am more than happy to do it myself but probably wont get too far with local Pharmacy for the renewal. I may simply be confused because this is my first month with you and your organization. You seem to have some great people and great concept. Hopefully I am worrying for no reason. Time will tell. Thanks, Dave

My counselor is amazing! But the technology is tricky and cuts in and out a lot. It’s resulted in us being unable to be on video at times or the video/sound being choppy.

Everything truly is great until you get any meds delivered - it takes FOREVER. I cannot recommend GetCerebral enough for mental health needs, as it has been a life-saver for me. However, whatever they use for mail order prescriptions is awful and should not be used to deliver important medicine to people who can't live without it! I actually had to have them call in a week's worth of something to my local pharmacy for me.

I love this program, I love how easy it is. But it is aggravating when you just start to like one therapist they leave the program and you have to start all over with a new one explaining all the same things over an over again and I feel like im not moving forward with my mental health because I'm constantly having ti start over nw

Prescriptions arrived on time every month as promised. While i don't use the therapy much after my counselor left I can see how it'll be a beneficial.

My therapy session was wonderful as was my first meeting with the doctor who prescribed my medications. My only complaint is that is has been difficult to get back in touch with the doctor to discuss medications. My therapist is a gem.
