Not worth the money. The prescribers don't necessarily have any specialty in mental health. They can't prescribe common anxiety medications, and the care counselor is not actually anything related to therapy. Their role is to help you find distractions. I wanted to cancel after 2 days, but I was still charged for the full month. And on top of all of that, the cancellation process is drawn out and difficult.

Asked to speak to my psychiatrist or have a follow up appointment and no one has reached back out to me regarding this. On top of putting anything in my file for notes including the meds they prescribed. But they were quick to charge me more money then what I was told in the beginning when signing up. My husband had problems with this company , I should have known better.

Cerebral is under federal investigation by the Justice Department on suspicion of overprescribing controlled substances. Walmart and CVS pharmacies have stopped filling prescriptions tied to Cerebral. Cerebral is still accepting new patients through their website - without mention of how and why it is crumbling behind the scenes. Due to this, patients are being forced to wait for refills - going weeks (in my case) without their needed medication. Providers are unprofessional- Mine missed various appointments and prescribed me medication without the guarantee of getting a refill for the following month…even when I was present for the appointments and tried to meet with them several times. As a patient, you do not have direct contact with your “care counselors” or “prescribers” - every concern must be addressed to your appointed “coordinator” that is supposed to rely the message for you…the longest I’ve had to wait for medication has been an entire month. Scheduling appointments is not “easy” as advertised - you may need to wait weeks or months before seeing someone. Not very helpful for people who are seeking help for substance abuse, depression, adhd and so on. In-network insurance options are limited. Invoices to submit claims to your insurance ARE NOT GUARANTEED. This company does not care for their client’s mental state or wellbeing - do some research to gain some insight on the company. Cerebral’s CEO - Kyle Robertson resigned amidst this federal investigation. Patients struggling with mental health have been left in the dark without treatment or medication. Avoid at all costs. They do not care about their patients. Their main priorities are to collect money from their patients and clean up their mess.

I still don't have my prescription and it's been two days now... I really need that medication

So far, NOT so good. 1. I did speak with a prescriber the day I signed up but the prescriber was hard to understand and did not explain my diagnosis or medication well. I had to ask question after question and the answers were hurried. Not easy for a depressed person. 2. My therapy appointment is scheduled for weeks from now. Not easy for a depressed person who needs help now. 3. My attempts to find a new provider have been thwarted by an ongoing technical glitch. Not easy for a depressed person. I’m pretty sure I’ll be cancelling but will update my review if anything improves.

When you try to cancel your subscription, they make it look like they did but they DONT and keep on charging you money. Scambags! Also, it's just a pill mill. My mental health was accessed very fast and poorly and I got a prescription for medication that made me very sick.

These people are a rip off!! They keep saying they cancelled my subscription after I asked 6 times now!! I made it very clear that I want to cancel my subscription and why! I had 1 session it was extremely rushed and my call cut out so we had to hang up and call back, so overall that 1 appointment was a SCAM! Mind you they want to charge me $85 in my 2nd month even tho I have only had 1 appointment (in the first month) and I haven’t scheduled any others since then. Where do they get $85 and then some from???? Like the real doctors don't cost that much and my medical didn’t cover a single cent. They charging $85 just for 1, 30min phone call?!?! Make it make sense, it does not add up!!! These people are a scam and I’m mad I even listened to these dang Youtubers who said to use it. They clearly pay influencers to lie about their services! This company belongs in Court their business is ridiculous. They do not give a care in this World about our mental health they just want our money!

Terrible company and terrible customer service. I was never informed that my insurance did not cover my monthly payments and was charged $325 and cannot get my money back. Had one session... Please help if anyone has a solution
