Finally found someone who made me feel comfortable

good listening skills from therapist explained side effects of meds and why she chose the ones she did, respected and acknowledged the way that i felt instead of being dismissive and only trying to treat the illness instead of the person.

Making the appointment was the hardest part
It was a little scary to open up to a stranger about why I needed mental health medication. But Cerebral lets you choose your own provider for a reason and making the appointment was the hard part. Showing up and advocating for myself turned out to be the easy part. Fola was kind, compassionate, and let me lead the conversation unless she had an important question or something required by law. She listened without rushing me and I left feeling heard. Both the platform and my provider got me back on the path to feeling like myself again. If you're scared to try, make the appointment. That's the hardest part.

I enjoyed using this platform
I enjoyed using this platform. I was wanting to start taking medication as soon as possible for my BPD. I was able to sign up for this platform, schedule an appointment and get prescribed medication all in the same day. It was a really simple and easy process.
