Good Customer Support
Update: I'm editing my review because of how fast Cerebral responded to my concerns. I was issued a full refund because of a few glitches in the app, and I asked to be made aware of when the app was improved so I can try again.

Cerebral has been so helpful this last month. I have been paired with an amazing Care Team who is so attentive and checks in with me when I message in. My therapist listens so well and I have really taken this last month to reflect and implement the things she’s help me learn.

Who would have thought that online…
Who would have thought that online mental health treatment would be so satisfactory? I am extremely pleased with my providers. They are personable as well as knowledgeable and I am getting the help I was looking for. I believe that my experience with them will only improve as we get to know each other better.

You guys have done more for me in 1…
You guys have done more for me in 1 month than my insurance/healthcare has in 2 years. Literally paid thousands of dollars and they only give me therapy. Which is good don't get me wrong, but honestly hasn't worked and the meds, so far, has! I'm not even wanting to take meds, but when talking doesn't work besides the day I do it what is the point?
