I am having a great experience! It is such a convenient and focused way to care for your mental health. I just wish there was more options for care counselors. Although my care counselor is fine I wish I could have someone who is more aware of the LGBTQ+ experience. Also there have been some connectivity problems both via video and phone. Those exceptions aside I am currently and will continue to recommend Cerebral to my friends and family.

Pleased overall with the professionals, interface, and communication. Was a little confused on pricing/treatment plan but am not disappointed, just misinformed and caught off guard. Definitely plan to continue to use this service for now as it has been a godsend for finally getting my meds at an affordable price, delivered to my door!

The site is well executed. The providers show up on time. Sometimes the emails for the task are a little annoying, but I get it for those of us that are forgetful.

I really enjoyed the flexibility Cerebral offers. Sarah Rosenberg is a phenomenal women and extremely non-judgmental! She provides a safe space that allowed me to be open and speak freely without feeling uncomfortable. The only downside to cerebral is their lack of insurance coverage, I hope to see cerebral accepting more popular insurance providers in the future so I can come back!

I wanted to seek help with my anxiety and depression for so long but could never afford it. My insurance would only cover it in circumstances that wouldn't be helpful, like full blown crisis. I found Cerebral and I'm glad I did; I got a diagnosis right away with meds to help. They're affordable, and I don't think I would have gotten the care I needed elsewhere for the cost of their services. The only down side is that your sessions are limited to once a month unless you want to pay an additional fee for that visit. They mainly deal with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, and Insomnia; with focus on BPD and similar diagnoses.
